Yet again you astound me. Awesome knowledge
Love the many messages in this vid. Great community, and one person sharpens another. amazing!
When I first started leather craft, and had many many questions, I too was amazed by all the quick answers and responses I would receive from other experienced crafters online. Great community for sure.
Where did you look to for those questions? any forums, discords, chats etc recommendations, just where to look to. I’m an absolute beginner for context haha!
For years I’ve been watching and wanting to get into leather craft but never did and this year one of my New Years resolutions is to find new hobbies and this video is now the video that gave me the push to start leather crafting.
You have a great channel. It's always an Education. Thanks for all the hard work.
I'm just starting out, having learnt so much from you, and a few other RUclips leather workers.
Thank you for sharing your talents with the world!
Thank Ryan and thanks for all your help! Love that scripture😊
Ayyy, thanks so much for setting this up Ryan! So cool to meet everyone, listen to everyone's journeys, and take a little piece of knowledge from everyone with us. Can't wait till the next one!
I hope I get to meet a community like this in london
I saw the live while I was at work and listened to it while I worked, it's leather craft has an awesome community
I love this channel!, good vibes from México!.
Had a great time last night and loved meeting everyone!!
Amazing Ryan! I love this channel!! This is why I’m in the leather business!! 👍👍😊😊
Hi there, this is Ron at Brasfield Leatherworks in Port Saint Lucie Florida, We're way down in SOUTH Florida. I just discovered your channel and wish I had found it earlier. I have made alligator and ostrich purses, belts, guitar straps, wallets, and belts, and lots of other exotic stuff. Until a couple of days ago my only heavy equipment was a Cowboy CB4500 sewing machine, then I bought a Cobra NP6 from Tandy and will receive it in a couple of weeks. What should I watch out for when using it? I have seen how comfortable you are with yours.
Wow awesome Ryan your a natural in front of the camera !
Thanks for having me, really appreciate it look forward to the growing friendship ✌🏻
Hey Ryan, do you think you’ll come back with more apparel/hats? I like making my own leather goods so I prefer to support with watching your content and buy merch and spreading the love word of mouth!! Thanks!!
Following your lead brother!
glad the files didn't corrupt in the end
Hey Ryan, love the video, and Peter McKinnon is another of my favorite RUclipsrs❤️. Sort of off topic, but do you have any suggestions for a first bell skiver?
Well said, brother!
Very good 😊😊😊😊😊
OK UR WORK IS MY FAVORITE SO FAR BY FAR 😁 & PLS LET ME KNOW IF I CAN GET AN ITEM (CASE) MADE.
✌️
Hey, I am new to leather and when I use my edge beveler (from king goods supply of course) I always have a little piece at the end that does not want to come off. What is the best way to remove or prevent this? Thanks
Hey so I just got everything to make wallets please help where do I get a lot of leather for cheap or just where can I get leather
Sony files don't play on QuickTime because apple doesn't want them to.
Keep it up brother!
Thanks dude! Thanks for letting us use your beautiful space!
How come this is such a masculine community?, I work with leather for fun, and with the right tools I don't need to be strong, I wonder why there aren't more women leather crafters. (I follow you since you worked from home, congratulations on your growth, no matter what discipline, you would have achieve excellence.)
Yeah, I agree this is more of a masculine community but it doesn’t have to be. I have actually started this hobby/business in hopes that my two daughters take it up once they grow up.
He was invited by the admin of a FB Cdn Leather craft group. He didn't bother to respond.
Marta Benito: Good question, not only lack of women, but also non-whites.
I bet if you go to a woman’s channel you’ll find it’s less masculine…
@@jsniper12 No, women are still significant minority in leather-craft representation. It's not about watching videos from the few women doing the work. It's about equal representation in groups, like these videos are depicting. It's up to the MEN to *invite and show* women in the industry hanging out with each other as a community.
We over Me!
Ryan,
Hey. I have loved watching your videos and appreciate the quality of the work you do. I have a couple quick questions:
- would you be interested in taking on a unique shoulder bag project that would be Customer designed to carry a specific product?
- second, if I could bring you a number of orders for this type of bag , would you be interested in partnering in a drop shipping type of relationship? I really believe this bag would sell well and I know the niche market that would be interested.
Until when will we see videos like the ones you made before making leather goods.
weird question but do u take requests
Dang thought me and John shared a birthday.
Zipper Wallet L Japanese style please
Oak & Honey and Peter lol, bet that was alittle awkward.
You never answered my messages…
So who do you watch on RUclips that does leather work..? Less talky, more worky...
More appreciation, less demanding.
Corter Leather is great, too. They talk but explain what they're doing and are very informative.
Thx Katie
Kingdom Glory leather is another great channel
