That said, despite his inability to cook anything even remotely authentic, i do like Jamie's personality and his being a very clear family man. Again, good vid on your part. I've never really understood the authenticity complaint nor why Jamie bears the brunt. I don't think he's ever trying to offer definitive recipes but trying to give people ideas in the kitchen. Without being inspired by other cuisines food will never move forward. Thanks for watching, really appreciate it.
