    Didn't work for me.
    I now go 6 days a week. 1.5 hours each. I do core/forearm work too. 12 sets a week.

      Okay as I said later in the video, minimalist training does not work for everyone.

      focus in be akid. enjoy your childhood. play with friends. do looksmax. but this thing of hamza bulking gymceling this is bad.
      eat better reduce your bodyfat that's good but dont do press bench or liftweight or that stuff. it would reduce your "grow potential" you can be taller. but doing this gym stuff you compress your spine and reduce your potential.
      also young women JB doesn't like tryhard gymcel guys. please. dont do this .
      reduce your bodyfat is good. but this thing of cold shower, stress your body. just reat. you are hurting yourself. and destroying your youth. your skin will look worse doing gym. you will look so much older than you are. this is a lot of cons. please. i know. you are akid. you feel invencible. and you are brainwashed by hamza. but please. reconsider. and "DYOR" read again. and critize yourself. by self-conscicious. my english is bad. but i hope you understand and fix what you doing.
      self improvement is good. but you need to do it right. come on bro. you know we are right. taking cold showers, stressing your body with the gym. You will only have wrinkles at a young age. disgusting and unattractive skin for young girls. girls your age.
