I dont know why but this version sounds the most emotional. Like as if, Frey is singing to beg God and save Kasel from falling...which he does... so...she ultimately sacrifices herself just to stay by his side. ;=----;-;=;=;=;=

Yes, as she did lost her way after Kasel died after succumbing to the darkness and got corrupted herself. I hope we can save them in Chapter 11 this year.

just play KR about weeks ago, this loading screen song is the best.. ive played many popular strategy game like Brave Frontier > 7 Knight > Knight Chronicle.. i cant find loading screen song that really memorable like this.. u can feel the hopeless, darkness, sad, disappointed at the same time.. also the screen animation is very good n match with the song.. Spoilers (probably, haven't kept up with story)
Seeing the lyrics and the way it's sung, I assume that the song is about Frey losing her hope in Lua the goddess. Seeing how she saw something tragic (something like what others said Kasel dying or something similar and moving to the dark side) she left to the dark side as well to be with Kasel so she supposedly wouldn't be alone. With the part of "I'm begging you my lord, A shoulder to cry on, I lost my way, just give me a single word" to me seems like Frey is trying to hold to her very last bits of hope she has of something from Lua as she is turning to the dark side. Near the end with "Please watch me, please save me, This darkness is me, it's not for me, Don't leave me now, fighting for me, The end is not the end" seems like she is talking to Kasel most likely seeing how they both are extremely close with one another and the "The end is not the end" could possibly be a hint to them reverting back or something that they both can start new with in the dark side (taking their revenge against Lua possibly). Just my thoughts on what the song's meaning could be.
