Spam is flavor in a can. Breakfast, lunch or dinner...in a sandwich, rice, pasta, soup, EVERYTHING! The one I like to use is the "Spam LITE". Less salt and calories.

I love the way you did your recipe the only thing we do differently is after I get everything hot and added together the last step make a small well in the middle of the pan and put my eggs in there let them start to cook and then stir them around getting some of it on the rice

I grew up eating spam back in the 70's and haven't had it in a long time. Saw this video and had to try it. It came out great ! I added a white onion to kick it up a notch. Also I had no idea that spam had so many different flavors. I was only able to find the regular spam but still came out great. Now I want to try this with some smoked pork belly.😊 Thanks for the receipie
