Seriously, how did that guy not see the other guy on the bar? I feel like even a blind man would just feel the guy swinging on the bar next to him.

That's because blind people's other senses are heightened 😊
He was expecting the person to dismount on the next round, that's why he was waiting to step across, they no doubt have an agreed practice pattern. I suspect it was the person doing the spinning spin who forgot.

That accident could have been 100% avoided if she tied her shoes properly, not just tuck in the laces under the weave. She looked really fit, probably experienced but got complacent.

@@susanmcdonald-timms3202 some people have different fitness goals. People who want to build strength or get a toned and muscular body aren't going to just take a stroll and call it a day. Also, if someone's doing their workouts with proper form and taking the necessary safety precautions for the exercise they are doing then they are less likely to get hurt.
I think the gentleman at 01:39 was actually trying to fight the equipment. Anger issues, I suppose.👀🤣

I don’t know why but people incorrectly using gym equipment really bugs me.
At first I thought it was terrible form but then it occurred to me that maybe he's trying to drag the equipment home.
Ngl that last one had me shook for a sec. I thought for sure her ankle was completely annihilated.
Every now and then I have to watch one of these in case I get cocky and decide to try the free weights.
what pisses me off these gyms allow cameras in them, it shouldnt be allowed.

Even though the red guy was wrapped up like a literal pretzel, you could tell he was just kinda chilling, but blue was way more gassed, and wasn't even getting anywhere. At some point he was just stalling lol
It's a wrestling move called a spladle. Guy in red was resigned because he knew he wasn't going anywhere. Guy in blue was already up 3 points with 30 seconds to go, was accumulating more points in that position, knew guy in red wasn't going anywhere, and was still working to see if he could get a pin.
Guy in red was hit with the spladle, the most embarrassing move to get hit with in wrestling.
Apparently this was a quarterfinal match. Blue went on to win championship.

They're not comfortable. At all. I only ever wore thongs (way back in the day; I'm in my 40s now and no one wants to see that 😅) to try and look good for men. Not saying that has to be what this girl was doing, but it seems likely.

It also helps if you enter/exit the squat machine from the CORRECT directions. That way the weights automatically LOCK in place as you step out of them. Omg!

That wrestling move is called a Splaydle (a variant of a move called a cradle) usually indicates that one wrestler is a lot better than other and is flexing for his friends. Which one is flexing is left for you to decide.
The guy having it done to him was not in any pain, just kinda trapped. Stupid flex, if you ask me. I guess the goal is different in wrestling. If you just want a sweaty guy on top of you, and not to force them to tap out, mission accomplished.

Never training with bands, balls, tires or kettle-bells, is the best approach.
Videos like this are the reason I don’t do gyms. That and that putrescent mildewing sweat stench.
