Every navy job is on a ship or shore. It’s voluntary now for submarines unless you fail and they want to stick you on one. Basically wherever they need you, but you won’t get put under a submarine unless you want to or you do bad in “A school”
currently looking into the same thing. i believe we'd be required to first get a high score on the ASVAB, im not sure what score qualifies for the rate but I assume its a high one. I'm 21 and have basically forgotten most of my high school curriculum, so i'm planning on studying up for the ASVAB to ensure i score high and can qualify for the job
@@lacuna6430 I'm sure you can get into the program with a 70, plus cyber is really sought after right now in the military. If you get a score a little lower than the requirement there are always waivers. I'd say reach out to a recruiter and talk to them about it. Also a lot of good info on Reddit.
Im currently in. All you have to do is score well on the asvab and you can get it. Having experience will obviously help you but the course is set up to get you to learn what you need to be successful.
Do a subnuatica playthrough
Lol

Great video!
The 7 month joint cyber analysis program, followed by defence or offence paths sounds really neat!

I have a IT associates concentrated in cybersecurity. Would this help me advance any further?

What asvab composite scores are needed?
I don't know, but my son does this. He scored a 96.
Security clearance is harder than the asvab for the job. Just don’t have any debt or crimes and be honest
Navy
Would this job take place on the ship?
