I feel like this song is trying to tell how selfish suicide is. Miku obviously had broken up with a man she had a long term relationship with, maybe even a fiance! She couldn't handle the thought of losing him, especially the idea that he'll eventually forget her and she'll just be some woman he dated. So he would remember, so that she won't become "just some woman", she jumped off a building. Possibly in front of him just to mentally scar him! The reason why this is being seen as selfish is because she doesn't care about what happens to him, she only wanted him to never forget her. So she'll be the woman he could never forget, but in the end as she was about to hit the ground she regretted her decision. She realized all she wanted to be with him again, but she killed those chances.

The first time I listened to this I about crapped myself. Then after cleaning up my pants I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it. It still manages to make me jump if I have my volume up loud and I'm not paying attention.

I must say that that was a good punch in the heart there, a good song music wise, but a huge falco punch to the heart. Im not codoning suicide at all, however while it maybe selfish for the person Miku is portraying in this Pv to do this, I'd like to say we don't know if the person she was in love with had done anything as well. What Im getting at here is, we had no real indication the guy shes talking about was a good person, maybe he cheated on her, or left because he was "board". Still none of those reason should anyone kill their self over, but I must say Its very hard to not sympathize with her.
