- Tour of my Veto Pro Pac MC Tool Bag and the tools I carry with it everyday.
This is the best hvac service bag I've found. Having a light weight service bag that allows you to perform the vast majority of troubleshooting, service calls, and maintenance is what I wanted in this bag. If you are interested in purchasing anything you saw in the video check the links below.

I started with the full size Tech Pac backpack from Veto. Actually had trouble getting it through some scuttle holes, and had even more trouble getting through attics with it. Bought the MC to fix this. Now the Tech Pac sits in my truck with all the big stuff in it for when I need it, and the MC goes everywhere with me.
I keep two pocket thermometer one for supply vent one for return vent and I had a third to put at the unit but I left it somewhere but I'll get another one it works good like that
I bought a set of Kline needle nose pliers with wire strippers built in and crimpers and it cuts small voltage wire so that's 4 tools in one I would not try to cut line voltage wire with them so you need a set of diagonals in your bag but that one tool free up the space of 4 tools I'm always looking to lighten up my bag
I like your style, very nice setup. I’m rocking the Veto LC for my main bag. I’m wanting to have another smaller bag for lighter tasks, I’m thinking I’ll go this route. Nice vid brother, got a sub from me.
Quality Comfort HVAC thanks man! Yea I was running the veto tech-xl as my service bag for a while, but it’s just too big. End up loading it up with all kinds of stuff you really don’t need in a service bag just because there is a room. Been really happy with this set up
HVAC Tool Review I totally agree, I can get carried away with adding tools if I don’t watch out.
Nice loadout ....just about right. Great video.
Awesome setup, definitely getting the testo 510!!!
I confidently recommend the Wera Kompakt insulated screwdriver set. I keep one of the blades/bits/whatever the hell they call them in the handle. And the other two in two of the bit slots in my Veto. So I've got three insulated screwdriver for one.
Nice! I’ll have to check that out. I really like lost of weras stuff!
@@HVACToolReview I've recently started trying out the Klein 8 in 1 interchangable insulated set. I don't like the handle as much, but I do like the design of the blades more.
@@willg574 I’ve seen it and been meaning to grab one myself, I’m pretty picky about the grip handle so we will see how I like it 😂
Just watched all of your videos and love it ! Thanks for sharing awesome tips.
Thanks for the support! Means a lot!
you need to put a small , parts box in your bag . you know , to hold stakons and wirenuts , sheet metal screws , fuses , ect.
Yea I should keep a little zip bag like that in this bag. In my bigger bag I’ve got a small plastic container for all my electrical fittings, screws etc. but a little misc. pouch in this one would be a nice touch 👍
Nice set up but I missed tape measure and allen wrench set. Need allen for set screws in contactors, disconnects and fan wheel and tape measure for numberous reasons.
I haven't seen not one tool bag tour that has a piece of thin gauge wire in it here in north Carolina the spiders will get into the nipple for the pressure switch to connect to and block it up the gaspacks won't fire I have to clean it out that must just be here that happens
awesome video brother !!! just subscribed! great editing nice and short and to the point. great bag setup!!!
Thanks brother! Loving your videos as well keep up the good work!
Need to redesign there pockets i have to veto bags other then the pockets and not having a removable wrench panel there good
Nice bag review. I like this bag for the size and how you have organized yours. I like the Yellow Jacket gauges. One different thing I carry is an old pair of smooth jaw channel locks. They are great for loosening things that are hex, but I don't want to mark up or damage. They are so old they were made in West Germany. So you know how old I am. :)
Haha 😆.
Yea in my other bag I keep a set of the knipex plier wrench with the smooth jaws. One of my favorite tools, like you said it’s great for loosening up all kinds of hex heads. I’m a big fan.
I have som recomedations. I use the elektrisian pliers from knipex a 6 in one and the elektrisian screwdriver from wiha but the one with the magazine in the handle and at last the toolcheck pro from wera Ah well I carry the tough build electrisian back due its belt clip. You can cut it of from the cheap set and put it on what you like ;-)
👍👍 I love some knipex and I love my tool check plus! Probably my favorite little tool that I keep in my tp5b
Can you point me in the direction to find those stubby gauges?
Stubby screwdrivers and/or an angle chuck for your drill. Will save TONS of time. More for installation I guess
I love the angled chucks. I’ve got the dewalt version in my bigger bag that I use for install/bigger repairs. Thing is a life saver!
What kind of service man don't have a 1/4" or a 5/16" nut driver?? Furthermore he's using gauges with no psychrometer? Perplexing.
I carry an 11-N-1 in my side pocket everyday. Not sure if you realize it, but that includes a 1/4”, 5/16”, and even a 3/8” driver. Hell ya I use gauges all the time without my psychrometer, and also find your statement comical. Keep studying those psychrometric charts my man, someday you will figure it out! 😂
Hi im form india i love this tools.bag im hvac macanic please send me your old veto tools bag i pay you littel bet money i like so much this bag
I stopped when you said “weehuh”... disappointing.
😂 haha bad habit. Mispronounced their name for so long that it still comes out wrong every once in awhile. I’m actually surprised it took so long for anyone to call me out.
