Thank you for this video. How are your sections the same colour as the part that you have. My colours only extend to the surface of the part but when i do a section view it goes back to that grey colour
When you apply an appearance to your part, go to the filter in the bottom right corner and select the part from there. Now you click on your part and apply it. If you follow this step to apply the appearance, you will get the same colour within the section.
