I love PD James and have a collection of her Dagliesh Mysteries series. She had a couple outliers-the Pride & Prejudice sequel/murder mystery that you found, and also Children of Men! She was a great writer.
Hopefully I’ll find a couple more of her works so I can make a nice bundle and find them a new home ❤️
I had so many of those silver cover CYOA books back in the 80's. Not sure what happened to them. Probably ended up getting donated. I do find the white cover ones quite regularly nowadays and like to make small lots for listing. Hard to get a solid run of issue numbers though.

For Babel you might already be planning this, but I would suggest selling the copy you got from BookJack and keep the cheaper one. That way you can use the (presumably) higher price you paid him as your COGS and offset some profit. Just a thought.

My husband bought me a big lot of books at a yard sale… about 50-60 books but when he got them home we noticed they smell very strongly of laundry detergent… they are in great condition so not sure what to do now. Should I still sell them? Thanks!
Laundry detergent. That’s not a bad smell so you can leave them out in a dry shaded area outside and the smell will dissipate
@@B0BBuys ok that’s good to know I have had them in my room spreed out and it’s not so bad now but the inside of the books is still pretty strong . I think they person ran a clean sent diffuser in there house all the time so the book absorbed them.
