What are the odds?
I am loving this piece of music, but more for its musical score. there is a constant underlying twirling loop going up and down rapidly enough to show a state of a dizzying spiral as her grief and anger turn her wicked. I make music so I enjoy this piece for its complexity and spiraling twist. all emotions are felt from the anger, to guilt to unrelenting anger in a downward spiral.

indiajessierocks Seriously? This is probably one of the easiest vocally in the entire musical. There aren't a large amount of riffs, the vocal range is in a very comfortable place for mezzos and altos, which most females are, and all attempting Elphabas should be, and isn't too terribly difficult for a soprano as you _can_ change the key without ruining the song.
***** No, it's _literally_ easy for anyone because changing the octaves doesn't ruin the song.

Thanks for posting this. I'm doing the song for my music class. I've been working on the song for over a year now, trying to get the notes to sit just right on my voice. I'm taking my class from a musical theatre professional and have had tips from a few other professionals. This vid's great for practicing the song @ home. Wish me a nice broken leg for March 30th.

Does anyone now what the note is for the last "no good deed"? I'm really trying to sing this song and have mastered "My road of good intentions led where such roads always lead" but need to nail that last note for a performance...

The last note isn't that hard as long as you have the right stomach and break control... it's literally 10 seconds for a note....

I know what you mean! And there again this song was ment for a girl and I'm a guy. So it's a bit more of a challenge for me. But when it gets to the Fiyero part I can belt it, but in a lower note you know what I mean? I've being trying the song for a few months now but now I'm smart and going to a music teacher xD

Okay, for me this track was WAY too low. Like, I get a lot of ppl can’t do this song, but I’m a high soprano and had a hard time singing. If this sounds bitchy I’m so sorry I’m kinda just pointing out the key change for other sopranos so-
