I bought this today, used it for half an hour and brought it back. What a piece of junk. I have a $60 gearhead shredder that blows this away. I kept getting jams. Shredding paper should not be a science. You should put the paper in and let it do its job. I understand putting staple end first if papers are stapled together. Again my gearhead loves staples and doesn’t care which way you feed it. This thing is not worth the money.
