My brother didn't believe me when I told him about this map many years ago
It's Sandy Petersens' design. Guy was brilliant.
I cant find the "special video" that you described as showing us what you can do with the open and close switches early in the level. Can you provide a link to that video?
I wonder if this was actually the intended design of map 1 and they thought it was too hard for map 1, so they shortened it. Hmmm...
Questions may never be answered.
do you need blue key to finish this map?? and mount paint, i cant find any coloured doors in that map
Yes, the Blue Key allows you to escape out of the Cyberdemon room. :)
ah okay, thanks!
Did you make the video where you show what you can do with the 2 switches?
For some reason the door to get back to the main starting point of the level is blocked off and won't open. And I don't think the clipping cheat works on ps3 version :(
How do i unlock this level?
Oops, meant the level after.
Im not quite shure why is this map called Warrens but who knowns?
Soooo, whats the point of the blue skull key? I never a blue door.
It is an unmarked blue door.
So on E3M1 if I use IDCLIP I can see the rest of the areas?
no
Favourite level
Thank you❤i love you
could you do a vid of the alternate exit that leads to it?
i remember when my dad encounterd this and shouted WTF just happened ? only to find that its a great lvl
And here i though that the map would supply me with additional amnos... Now i don't have anything for my BFG9000, my Minigun and my Plasma Gun... Outch...
Thanks for the videos, I love them, watched them all in one go after a nostalgia playthrough of Doom. You got a pleasant voice and a nice underplayed humour, I laughed so hard when you gibbed that shotgun guy in E1M5. Yeash!! But what is it that you can do with the two switches here in E3M9?
1:54 what you did with the switches?? special video? i wanna see that :)
Huh, wow, I forgot I even said that. I may make a special video soon. :)
thats a good thing :) yay!
@@BigMacDavis Hey BigMacDavis, any chance you can just tell us about it here? Was it the getting locked in part or is there something else? Thanks!
warrens is hell gate but extended
Curious but do you play with game pad, keyboard, or keyboard + Mouse?
Cause technically, with the keyboard mouse setup, you can aim anywhere, and it can make it easier at times, of course I'm not sure if you need the cross hair enabled too in order to do that.
I’m making my second wad. I would love for you to test it out.
I could test it, after testing it i could rate it!
"You're both pretty" (pretty ugly) XD
Secret level... Super
I noticed you haven't done a e3m7 walkthrough yet
