As a Brit watching the US fall apart, the $1000 theft law was the weirdest reaction I’ve seen to a problem, 100% something horribly fishy is going on. You don’t solve a problem by making it 100% easier to commit the problem.
the democrats are decimating our country brother. Their goal is power....not the voters. At least , I live in Florida, a RED state( majority Republican ) , thank God for that. Not everything is at a loss 🌴 🌞 😂. Cheers!

They were overwhelmed with petty crime, and couldn't hire more cops due to corruption eating at the budgets. So in order to reduce the bureaucratic burden they basically legalized all misdemeanors... which lead to WAY more crime. Progressives don't think like normal people... And do they look in the mirror and think "gee, maybe that wasn't the right move?" No. Stuff just happens, randomly, and they bear no responsibility.
It's so illegals don't have felonies against them when they file to become US citizens. Rape was changed to a misdeamenor by current news..me gov
My theory is they’re pushing for lawlessness which will allow the powers that be to employ a national police like every other authoritarian and utterly corrupt country. They have a hard time controlling all the various police and sheriff’s departments.
Also, who is buying the properties that are being vacated? It’s gotta be pennies on the dollar after they close due to crime.
These stats need to be revised. NY and California lost TAX PAYERS, but increased in population because of al the migrants. NY and California are packed with people. They basically swapped out tax payers for people who are tax burdens- People who are taking from the system rather than contributing
But they will vote for the Democrats.
And that's why the left freaked out over the citizenship question being included on the census while Trump was in office.
Atlas shrugged. Planned demolition of the US civilization.
They already said those vacant malls will house immigrants or people who make below the poverty wage along with those with "disabilities ".
California really did lose net population. About 135,000 if I remember correctly
They chose not to arrest them. This is social engineering for the CBDC technical slavery.
They sure arrested me for committing the crime of keeping and baring arms in CA. They aren’t an American state
Wow think so lol this is the first time I've heard this
These malls closed down there's going to be a lot of land to be snatched up cheap and who's going to build what.

If you leave California don't come to Colorado. We have enough woke as a joke here.
Yes… but you and everyone else in this comment section fail to see that this idea has already been implemented, it’s not novel, and it failed miserably. It’s nothing to be afraid of, don’t shop there and let looters shut down those govt owned stores.

The crazy part is, the houses I’m flipping are selling to the wealthy people from cities like DC, Richmond, even a lady from CA. They all want a second vacation home, secluded, in the mountains with beautiful views. It’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before, very eye opening. Retail stores closing is most benificial to Amazon. And they are the ones pushing many of these policies.
They are feeling it due to boycotting. Shop local or small internet businesses direct
@@anitaroosen3758 small businesses are the ones who feel the weight of regulations the most. many of these stores that have closed were small businesses.
@@dirkvanvelden8378 True. But a lit of people are re-inventing themselves and working it in different ways. There are even alternative groups starting amazon-like businesses. We need to find them and band together or just stop buying for a while unless absolutely necessary.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
I subscribed for a few trading courses but it didn't help much, been getting suggestions to use a proper financial advisor, how did you go about touching base with your adviser
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $485k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.

NY is considering opening and running grocery stores... effectively creating socialized grocery stores, so yeah... it's possible.
So is Chicago!
Really?
Why are they letting this happen though? I've been to San Francisco, there was a crime in action basically - some random dude stealing stuff in a supermarket and the security filmed it Instead of throwing his ass out of the building and ban him from the property. It was completely weird.
Security hands are tied they can’t do anything.
Where I am the government/police have made it insanely tough to stop shoplifting. If security so much as breathes on them it's an arrest/lawsuit. So they photograph them, report them to police...and nothing.
Cause if the security guard did their job, there’d be a new movement to help the guy stealing from the market lol
Anything under $1000 isn't even prosecuted and most of the time the judge just let's them back out on the street after 24 hours in jail. Stealing anything under $1000 is treated like public intoxication. After a couple years of this, it makes it real easy for actual organized crime rings to come in and clean up big-time.
Prosecuting crime is racist

Patnwill never report on the sad state of those southern and mid west states bc it doesn't fit his biased narrative!
Plenty of good paying blue collar jobs in rural areas. Young people nowadays don’t want to work hard and industries like tech and sales are easier and better paying, so they have to move.

I moved to Florida 7 years ago from Massachusetts. I did it because I was tired of working outside in the winter, yet also because it was somewhat cheaper. I was rebuilding after being bankrupted in 2008-2010. Now people are coming here after selling off their assets in California, New York and other places and having an excess income to buy here in cash. Housing costs have now doubled here since 2020. Corporations have moved in and are buying up housing and property. A day doesn’t go by without getting a call, emails or mail from some companies making an offer to buy my house. In 6 years it’s value has doubled, and I couldn’t afford to buy in my neighborhood now.
Buddy, it’s like that everywhere. California doubled too. I couldn’t afford to by my house now too. I can’t afford to move actually, because the higher interest rates and the upwardly assessed property taxes would kill me. Apartments cost more than my house. Basically, I’m locked in.

Not many people talk about NC but I can tell ya even in the smaller districts like mine who have a total population for the entire county at 45k and a population of our town being 5k my daughters school saw over 100 student increase from summer's end to the new school year. That is an entire extra classroom for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade at one school. Local Charity organizations to help low income families are gone, stripped bare and the goods are being taken to the next county over and sold at outdoor flea markets which damn near are completely run by illegals. Go out to dinner, well the days of quiet dining with your family is over, now the entire place no matter where you go in the county is packed full of illegals with a bunch of kids and the kids are the only ones there that even speak english. Our entire demographic has been thrown into upheaval and everyone is struggling to get back to some kind of normalcy although I know it will never be normal again. Brilliant character from Adam.
I grew up and have lived in CA all my life, it’s sad to have watched it become such a mess. My whole family is here, but I won’t be able to afford to stay here much longer. That said, the issues we are facing here in California are systemic, conservative states are a safe haven for now. But for how long? Stay strong, being from California, I know how people vote, and that is the issue. They will bring their cluelessness with them wherever they go. Not all of us are brain dead, but enough of us are, and the rest have let this happen.
7 of my 9 neighbors have left in the last 2 year and one more is planning to move soon. High taxes, high gas prices, high electricity prices, weak on crime Democrat policies, over run by homeless people and lousy schools are just a few reasons to get out of this messed up state.
These are two of America’s biggest state economies. This is no coincidence. The past is catching up with America.

If 112 billion is accurate, that is a massive distribution of wealth. It may be dispersed over a large area and population, but that is still a phenomenal amount of assets. How can retail, insurance and manufacturers sustain this for much longer? Something has to give eventually.

Housing is so expensive in CA because nobody wants to live there, obviously. When there's zero demand for things, those things become insanely expensive. Basic economics.
I still live here. I am guessing that my house is $1.5M to $2M. I drive used cars though. This is my 4th property. You move your way up over the years. The state is 1 thousand miles long. I don’t live in that city, but on a neighbor app the residents are complaining about rising taxes on cars and homes with no benefit. Roads are a wreck and city offices are useless when contacted.
Adam finally talking some sense!
California population 37.32 million (2010) in 2023 California population 38,940,231 still a net gain of 1.5 million people ...three's been a 30 million people gain in America since 2010 over all. yall just spewin your narritive, California is full, time for other states to take on more people
The Lubbock Texas comment caught me off guard, I’m from there
That's an awesome CART era firesuit.
Former Californian in Florida now. I was going to move back home until I heard that over half of your income gets taxed in my home state.
Retail theft is good since it is punishment for installing self checkout. Customers never asked for this !! Greed must be punished.
“Pat, me and Vinny are going at it. Let the boy watch.” Went right over Adam’s empty head 😂
I am not sure what Adam brings other than he allows PBD to look better. PBD doesn’t need the clown kid.
whats up wit the bud light whos idea was that lmfao
Triggered pansy identified! 😂😂😂
I agree with this whole demise being part of a bigger plan. The local government doesn't want retail stores up and running. The shoplifting is brazen, the car break ins are your fault for having stuff in your locked car. I've lived in CA for 45 of my 52 years of life. I left my ❤ in San Francisco when we got gentrified out back in the 80s. Newsom is an embarrassment. Thank you for putting that out there. This is part of the reason i plan to retire abroad.
Should be set that if your vote destroys the area your in your no longer allowed to vote for x many years. It's an act of ignorance
“Pause the mammograms” Savage🤣🤣👌👌
