Agree. Whenever they are moving they will still vote Dems and possibly ruining another entire State. That's scary.
There's should be a law where you can't vote for a state unless you lived there for at least 7 years, but from a country that doesn't ask for an ID before exercise the right to vote what do you expect.

We should regulate who can vote where after moving as well as the housing market to protect locals. Its ridiculous that people in California can sell their house, move to Florida and basically buy 2 houses with the cash made from the sale in Cali. Same with NY and wherever else.

Back in 2015 I was 25, still living in my childhood home in California. I was constantly doing the math and trying to figure out how I was going to afford rent and still pay my bills and save money for my future, but unfortunately it proved to be futile. Broke my heart because it wasn’t from a lack of effort or desire to stay in California but it just wasn’t happening.
A friend of mine had moved to Texas a couple of months prior and offered me a sofa to sleep on so I packed up and went. Two weeks later I had a great job and I was off the sofa and into my own apartment, saving money. Now I am a proud homeowner, and happily married. I still miss my family and California sometimes, but to move back would mean giving up all of the things I have gained here in Texas. I was a liberal when I was in California now I vote Conservative. I hope California finds a way to recover from the liberal grip the career politicians have on it, but I don’t see it changing anytime soon. The liberal mindset targets young and inexperienced voters and once indoctrinated they vote the way Sacramento wants. It took me seeing a different approach to get me to wake up and realize that the problem wasn’t me, but the State I was living in.

When someone resigns from their job, you're obliged to pay them within 48 hours, regardless of whether it's during the weekend. If you don't have the check ready in time, you face penalties (even if banks are closed during the weekend). Even if you get approval from the ADA inspector of the city, it doesn't matter because if someone notices a mirror placed just 2 inches out of compliance, they can sue you and make you pay thousands of dollars (this literally happened to us). We're being sued by people who make a living out of it, with more than 300 lawsuits against restaurants for similar minor infractions. i can go over and over there are so many example that we can do.

I lived in Southern CA from the time i was 5 to 40 years old, more specifically, San Diego county on the edge of Riverside county. I have 3 kids and I am a stay at home mom and I wanted to raise my kids where i grew up because it was such a great childhood. 20 minutes away from beaches and an hour away from big bear mountain where we would go snowboarding in the winter! I never intended on leaving CA, but, 3 months ago we had no choice, we packed up and moved our family of 5 to Texas. We were living in a 3 bed townhouse with no backyard, just a porch and a balcony and we were paying $4,000 a month just in rent alone. Our electricity bill was anywhere between $250-$400 a month depending on the season. You add that with water bill, gas, food, sports for all 3 kids. Just in basic necessities, we were shoveling out more than $5,000 a month just to have a roof over our heads, food in our stomachs and car to drive. Add to that all the crappy new legislation that the snake-oil salesman that calls himself govenor newsom was implementing, we knew we couldnt do it anymore and had to get out of there before it got any worse. We didnt want to leave, but, we felt we had no other choice because unfortunately, even though our little town we lived in was reasonable and voting red, it didnt matter because San Francisco and LA counties were voting blue, so the whole state had to suffer the rules and regulations based on what those 2 counties voted for. Its just so sad and unfortunately, I dont think its gonna change anytime soon. The people in those 2 counties are just so partisan, I dont think they would ever vote for a Republican, even if thats whats needed to turn things around. I mean, we just had a recall election and we had the chance to kick newsom out and elect the great Larry Elder, but no, they kept him in and then voted him back in a year later when he was running for re-election 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ the whole state of CA now has to suffer another tyranical term with sleezy newsome at the helm.

Sacramento pursued me for 2 years, claiming in nasty, threatening letters stating that I still owed them taxes on revenue. When they finally admitted they were in the wrong, I framed the letter. The writing was on the wall in 2015/16. Now, it sounds and looks unbelievably bad, far worse. I can hardly believe the pace of decline. Matter of fact, The IRS is a huge crime syndicate. The IRS counts on people folding when they see these bogus collection letters. The truth is that everyone is better off standing up and saying no rather than calling it what it is-illegal taxation that is outright unlawful.

Oh but it is not total failure for the radical left promoting it.
These elitist , in love with more wealth and power, will expand their efforts to all states.
The near destruction of California is not their goal in itself.
Just one step toward buying up California at bargain prices.
Once they have purchased California, and used federal grants to finance the renovation of it to desirable condition they will have accomplished their goal.
Then they will try to extend into other states.
Probably red states, but only 1 at a time.
      These particular people with enormous
wealth working together can afford to buy entire cities, once their political allies have driven down property values.
They can do the same with many thousands of acres of farmland.
With water supply insufficient in many parts of America, many states now have water usage control agencies who decide who receives what percentage of available water. Often a fight between states, as with the Colorado River.
Or a conflict of interests between cities and farms.
So political influence on the Water Control Agencies can severely impact cities water shortages or farms turning into dust bowls.
Those who control these agencies to suit their own interests thus markedly control the value of land dependent on agency decision allotting them water.
That is exactly why some people have expressed concern about Bill Gates purchase of huge acres of farmland.
We do not know his intentions at this time.
