Hi Bro,
I bought Meteor 350 on January 2023, and within 3400 kms, its entire clutch assembly burnt. I complained of clutch slippage and loss of power in 2nd service, and they found the issue and had to get the clutch assembly replaced in warranty in 2nd service itself. I had to pay 3000 Rs in 2nd service for the engine oil and other oil filters.
The reason for clutch assembly damage was, the person who did 1st servicing from the same service center, made the clutch too tight and left no free play.
I wonder how can royal enfield provide such pathetic service and that too from a big service center in Bangalore.

Royal enfield is very crap company... I have booked super meteor 650 in february but still not able to deliver it to me. And compny creates demand. And it says that production does not happen due to booking. I am a royal enfield fan... I bought 4 royal enfield bullet 350 in 5 years... But now it seems that the company is not a family company only selling bikes.

Better avoid the SM650. It is Super Bail-Gaadi. I got it recently too and similar issue + I have Check Engine light constantly on while riding in only 200km.... Regretting my decision.

I have highness 350 and i really enjoy tge bike just maintenance free apart from regular service i just want Honda to make 650 version of highness it will be class and miles apart from RE. RE is fine and cult and all but it has always been hassle to maintain and that too it becomes and issue more when the problem is as stupid as the ones you are telling.
