    I have a question: if travelling to the lymph nodes by CD4 T cells is a mechanism that our bodies develop antibodies, then why protein still develops severe inflammation that cause pyroptosis? If this happens, how can antibodies are created? Is it because the HIV transcription is happening too much and fast inside the cell?

    As a Rh Negative blood type. Ebola and HIV doesn’t directly connect to blood types like A- . If they knew about Rh negative blood behavior - is it because the population is only 15% of possible elite controllers and it took 30 years to put two and two together finally? I have only intro to anatomy and physiology under my belt and can see the importance and possibilities. I am 41 and have lost loving, amazing human beings that could have been saved all this time if my blood and other Rh Negative blood types used for trials.
    I think there’s a huge underlining green to keeping things set back in this day and age.

    • @ahansen9583
      @ahansen9583 6 лет назад +1

      Komodo,
      Many types of infections can cause swollen lymphnodes, sometimes this is the result of an insignificant illness like a minor cold or allergy, and sometimes can be related to severe illness, this alone is not an indicator of HIV infection.
      Unlike risk groups of HIV infection in Africa that is purported to cause AIDS in men, women, and children equally (a reflection of government grants for HIV driven associations vying to substantiate receiving federal monies)..In the USA and Europe AIDS is biased, affecting and killing mainly men with substantial drug addictions, regardless of HIV seropositivity. Hemophiliacs are prone to developing AIDS related to the number of Factor 8 blood transfusions they endure, irrespective of wether or not they have an actual HIV infection.
      So, if you live in one of these countries, unless you meet the criteria above...it’s unlikely that you’ll ever develop AIDS, even if you were HIV positive and had no treatment.
      In addition, HIV is grown by labs in immortal T Cell lines without causing a single T Cell to die, HIV is not very toxic to T cells as indicated by the video...it infects very few T Cells and is not directly responsible for the majority of cell death. As long as any enviornmental toxic exposures are limited, the human body can replace lost T cells faster than HIV could potentially kill them, which is why HIV does not ever result in AIDS in healthy people.
      An online readable copy of a published book describing the symptoms, history, infection, risk groups, therapy, and co-founders of HIV/AIDS and the extent of the medical literature with medical citations and can be read for free here: www.whale.to/c/Inventing-the-AIDS-Virus%20(1).pdf

    The real question is even if pyroptosis does bot happen, do cd4 cells still get killed by hiv eventually? If so, the pyroptosis is not the real problem. The real problem is still how to eradicate the virus in the body.

  • @francescoranchi7415
    @francescoranchi7415 4 года назад

    Hello, very clear explanation but what I'm having trouble understanding is how does the not infected cell fail. U said that it isn't infected, but right after u said that protein ifi16 detects rna transcription and activates caspase 1 which then creates interleukin b1 etc...
    But when RNA transctiption starts, isn't the cell infected? or can the transcription take place without the cell being infected.
    So when does the cell become infected?

    • @msfeezayousoff5290
      @msfeezayousoff5290 4 года назад

      Hi, I understand your confusion. I think the uninfected cd4 cell death occur in the lymph nodes, when one of it's cd4 secretes IL b1 and undergoes pyroptosis, triggering chain reaction to the bystander cd4 cells. I think that's what he meant by uninfected cd4 t cells death.
