The best way to do "Derelict Target" is simply to get the cops to do it for you. Get a Police Car, drive to the location then call for back-up using the police computer, once the cops show up get the targets and their henchmen to start shooting and the cops will get involved. Get back in the cop car and keep calling for back up. Eventually a small army of cops will storm the building and you can just sit back, enjoy the massive gunfight and wait to get paid.
I found the "goodbye" message from the Fixer to be understanding and without bias, it's business after all and knowing Niko he showed a level of respect towards a voice more then certain characters come the end game.
Niko at the gun store: _Do you sell hidden blades? _For a cosplay? _No for a mission called assassin's greed and I have to kill 9 people, you heard that before, right?
Fixer is like Lester only of liberty city. I imagine they are acquainted which would explain the reference Lester makes about niko "making moves" in liberty city. It would also make sense because fixer and Lester both give the protagonist assassination mission's so there both in the Sam line of work.
Tyrannic Cubone or it is lester and they just didn't set it up completely because gta v wasn't even heard of thought of or even believed was gonna happen at the time I mean js it does kinda make sense after the bad deal Lester moved out there to lay low from the police and keep eyes on micheal and Trevor so he could also work on the east coast under a alias and when the heat died down and he realized his name was never mentioned he went back to the west but moved to los santos to stay close and keep his eye on micheal just to be safe he didn't turn his name him down the road !!!!!!!

-*Possible Spoilers*- So is Lester from GTA V the guy giving Niko all these missions through the phone? Lester obviously knows Niko somehow since he made a reference to him while trying to hire people for a heist. Also he gives Franklin missions through the phone the exact same way.

Another way of completing Hook Line and Sinker is use a helicopter to fly to the roof over at the Salvage Scrap yard. You can see the roof top at 11:05 to the right then just use a sniper rifle. It's a pretty easy shot from there
at the chopper mission i took a chopper and destroyed his chopper with mine then he got back to his car and there was a granate theyre ive throwen it and it said kaboom and then that mission was over

Yup,but these assassinations can be done before the game's last few missions, though I did these after the mission Out of Commission. (better ending in my opinion :))

I started playing an old file on my PS3 copy of GTA 4 and and at 86.00% complete but I'm not sure if I did the assassination missions or not? I went to the telephone and there was no icon on the map and nothing happened?
Answering the calls with the Claude outfit is a nice touch. 👌

It's not on the LCPD criminal records in the cop car, it's on the LCPD website in the in-game Internet.

If you chose to kill Playboy X, you get his mansion and in the wardrobe is that outfit. I loved that since GTA 3 is my favorite GTA.
