  • My Qigong and Yoga teachers always begin the practice with joints warm up. A brisk 10-minute joints warm up is a good way to get our blood and energy (Qi/prana) flowing, brings some heat into the muscles, and can prime the body for the exercise or just to start the day. Warming up your joints help your synovial fluid to work better so the joint move faster and smoother.
    Start from bottom to up: toes, ankles, knees, hips, shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, neck, head, eyes.
