Then going to world war two rubber and common metal components like even copper for wire and steel we’re all going towards the war effort and things were extremely difficult to get a hold of so they recycled everything and reuse the old parts and rebuilt everything. I like seeing how they cut open fix and then re-weld the shower cases and put them back in the service. Things that we only THINK ! 🤔 are not serviceable because they’re a sealed hermetic unit
thats because the repair shown in the video will not hold for long. no torque wrenches in sight. no tolerances were checked while re assembling the compressor.
@@lordjaashin you will be surprised what Third World people can do with no test instruments no torque wrenches no feeler gauge no calipers and runs for years some thing I discovered traveling in Asia and members of my wife’s family from Asia how things get repaired of course some better than others. For example a guy I know who lived in Burma they have more time than money and getting parts into their country is nearly impossible for some American parts and so expensive for a simple piston for an engine that would take 6 to 9 months of somebody’s wages. So it was cheaper for them to melt down there aluminum and money yes some countries have money made out of cast aluminum They pour a forge and cast a new piston and machine it and throw it back into the engine and it works

Es mucho trabajo y no es recomendable,ya que aveces no se tienen las refacciones necesarias ,además ese solo es la parte delas válvulas y por ejemplo si se daña el embobinado , que haces ,si lo tienes que bien y si no , mejor compras otro ,similar y te quitas de tantos problemas , por qué no puedes garantizar el tiempo que valla a durar trabajando , Luego , poniendo ,Nuevo falla Yo lo sé todo lleva un riesgo , pero entre menos tengas mejor De todos modos se agradece la información aquí mostrada

Свварит это полдела. Самое сложное вскрыть аккуратно, не допустить попадания металлической пыли в двигатель. По молодости советские аккуратно счищал сварной шов практически до основания и после очистки снаружи аккуратно раскалывал. Но пришел к выводу, что восстановленные на коленках лучше по прямому назначению не использовать
Часто згорает не обмотки компрессора а залегает клапан, компрессор качает а выхода нет . Получается перегруз реле вышибает. Вот автор и привл клапан в норму. Бывает достаточно стукнуть молотком клапан начинает работать. Этот компрессор качает до 10 Атм и если поставить ресивер литров на 50 можно красить. Но в раскрытом виде нужно ставить масляную капельницу капля в минуту.
@@deniskorablev8131 на бытовом компрессоре рабочий ток 1.3 А при 10Атм. При чем при этом давлении в ресивере он уже не запустится без клапана разгрузки А какой ток нагрузки у вас при 40Атм.
@@andreimorozov8594 ток не намного больше номинала так как нагрузкой для компрессора является подача. При работе из атмосферы она не больше чем при работе в холодильной машине. нагревается заметно через 10-20 мин работы. Приходилось делать перерывы так как температура нагнетания недопустимо высокая. Запускал без нагрузки затем подключал к системе. Маслоотделитель поглотитель осушитель. Всё-таки потом этой гадостью дышать. Приходилось не экономить на очистке. На небольшой глубине 5 литрового баллона хватало на несколько минут.
Глупость ставить прокладку под клапанную крышку из материала который усаживается. Подтянуть его уже не удастся и пробой прокладки банальная мелочь которая приводит к потере компрессора.
..чем ты ,мастерюга, чистишь жастывшую смазку на самой ответственной ПЛОСКОСТИ компрессора ??? Что ты, после этого, можешь сказать правильное новичку ???

While you have the motor out, remove the copper wire and sell for scrap. Nobody in the first world fixes those.

What parts? All that is usually needed is the valve to be cleaned and readjusted.
@@mustangdemon87 Such as flip over the reed valve? I was thinking in terms of bushings or motor shaft coupling (if used).
