Why Invest?
By using any of these apps and investing into the markets with your savings, you are allowing your money to grow without you having to work for it. There are many statistics that show investing in the S&P 500 over a long period can improve your likeliness of being able to retire at a greater rate. Compound Interest is also a very popular term to know when it comes to investing as it basically means your money can make even more money, commonly referred to as a snowball rolling down a hill getting bigger and bigger on the way down.

Sofi seems pretty nice for me. But public also seems super cool being sble to see what other people sre investing in and what they are tipping. Looks cool.
I agree!
@Danny’s Money Talk, I’m an absolute beginner. Where should I start putting a couple hundred a month? Fidelity App? Vanguard? Still going through all your videos. LOT of info it’s overwhelming! Great content though!
Hey! Thank you so much for your kind words! Truthfully, Fidelity in my personal opinion is the best overall and most professional to have long term. I've heard great things about Vanguard but Fidelity's display always stood out to me.
Can you do a video on CEF's
I can add that to my list, thank you!
The market is more volatile than ever. I've been holding cash since '20 pandemic crash, but just went "all in" bought up $250k worth of ETF's & individual stocks at discount, and hoping to average down on ailing companies, in order to achieve passive income and early retirement.
a thing to realize is that mkt volatility is inevitable and every investor who wants to outperform must master the skill of stock valuation. its time in the market not timing the market, and the key to having an optimal portfolio is by diversification of asset classes
@@generosityliveson I couldn't agree more, dabbled in stocks at first 2019, but sold off like every other amateur early 2020 due to the pandemic crash, shortly afterwards, I got fully invested using an advisor this time, my portfolio has maintained balance growth ever since, and as of today, I'm barely 25% short of hitting a 7-figure ballpark goal after subsequent investments.
@@generosityliveson A coworker once proposed the idea of diversification to me, hopefully for positive results to offset any negative performance. Thankfully I backed it up using professional guidance in order to avoid mistakes, and I can attest to the success of this approach, seeing my portfolio grow from $185k to almost $400k only this year market opportunities... maybe you should do the same.
The sofi sign up link in your description no longer works.
Thank you for letting me know! I am going to fix that now!
It should work now! Thank you for using it as well, that means a lot!
I don't like M1 at all. Very Limited.
I agree much more limited than others. I do like how it simplifies building and managing a portfolio though. Easy visuals for understanding what you have invested as well.
