@@billnolan5375 Investing don't come with instruction manuals. You stumble through it and learn as you go. there are lucrative ventures to channel ones funds but the wrong investment can really turn thing south. Trading can set you on financial freedom when done with the right skills.
@@geraldbenzinger9703 I totally agree with you bud, I had lot of financial issues years ago until my FA Frost Hilda who started earning me passive income through his trades. He took on my trades and has tripled my profits, blending good analysis with effective implementation. Frost is a combination of talent and hard work.
Identifying great investment can be tasking
Debating on switching brokerages. Currently have robinhood, and will continue to use it for meme stocks. But i want a brokerage exclusively for etf and index funds. How do i go about transferring the funds i already have in index funds on robinhood to another brokerage?
Does Fidelity offer IRAs? Would Fidelity be a good place to have your Roth IRA? Do you recommend vanguard or fidelity for index funds?
Fidelity has 0 fee funds so probably there.

Vanguard is only good for the rich looking for tax avoidance investing.

In regards to Vanguard, I reckon they only allow for traditional or ROTH IRA which prevent cashing out before you reach 59 yr right (especially with the ROTH IRA)? is fidelity a better option for cashing out after let say 5 or 6 years investing (depending on the state of the market of course)? sorry in advance if what I said was wrong. thanks!

Hey Humphrey, new subscriber here but a big fan. After watching some of your videos I decided to start investing on Vanguard. I was going through the process but I don't live in the US and so that sort of snuffed out my investing dream right there. Vanguard has an international and UK based brokerages but only for a few countries. Do you, or anyone in the comments section have a suggestion for an international/global brokerage that is similar to Vanguard in terms of investing in index funds or EFTs?

hey man, I dont know much of the UK based brokerages. Try Interactive Brokers or Freetrade. You can buy S&P 500 ETFs there.

@ballking123 thailand is not on charles schwabs list of countries that would cause the company to deny you service. Retiring there July 2023
I don’t know why Robinhood gets so much hate for the GameStop situation. Other brokerages including what seems to be everyone’s favorite at the moment (Webull) did the same exact thing with GameStop they just did it about a day later or so if I can recall. Also Robinhood doesn’t get enough credit for its cool new features if you pay for the Gold membership which is only $5/month you get A 4% interest on un-invested cash, research report on certain companies done by Morningstar, aftermarket hours, options trading, etc. Not to mention their instant deposit has always been a nice feature to have and they have currently added a Roth IRA program.
What do you think of Stash?
I would highly recommend not using wealth simple if your planning on making day or swing trades as the data is 15 minutes delayed, so if you buy a stock low, chances are it purchases high . Lost way to much money that way. And there’s a 1.5% currency exchange fee. Not worth in my opinion

I downloaded and funded a PUBLIC account based on your review... ALTHOUGH I COULD NOT READILY FIND THE PROMO CODE YOU REFERENCED. However, I agree that Public is super easy to navigate from ones phone, and the app allows fractional share purchasing for novices who are working on a limited budget like myself. Heard you need a certain amount to be able to day trade in Webull and Robinhood.
@@aldomoore9142 yes, you need an amount of over $25000 to have unlimited access any less just gives you 3day trades within the five business days of trade. You can decide to make use of good offshore brokerage like I do, where you can start an account for as low as $2000.
So is the top picks all for your referrals? Like I was looking for a true list of best options out there with no referral bias.

Hi, I'm an American living in Thailand and as you probably know by now (this comment is 11 months old) you need to be a US resident for the majority of the year to use Vanguard. This is for tax purposes so probably best not to lie about it. I'm replying here mostly because I'm curious if you have any suggestions for international brokerages that would be similar to Vanguard in terms of index fund and eft investing.

Earlier this year, there was some news about Robinhood rolling out retirement accounts sometime. If this were to be implemented, would you say that Robinhood would be a good app for long term investors? Or would you still recommend others such as Fidelity, Vanguard, etc.? I know a lot of people hate on it, but personally, I like the feel and UI of Robinhood

Not all of these brokerages allow fractional shares. Webull doesn't, but Robinhood does for example.. I think that needs to be a consideration for some when looking at these platforms. It's not even covered in the video unless I missed it. Not everyone has the money to drop on a full share of the higher valued stocks.

Webull does now, but the process is ugly. The trader/investor has to figure out the dollar amount during market hours. Basically a moving goal post.

It used to be great just only for traders (day traders, options, and forex trading). Now that they added Charles Schwab Index mutual funds, they are great for retirement investing and trading.
I use TD, took some getting used to but the education vids are top notch.

Love Schwab I just thought Fidelity was slightly better. Would be a close #6
I have Schwab rated higher than Vanguard due to lower minimum investment for their Index mutual funds, and Schwab offers fractional shares of S&P 500 funds. They are easier for the middle class

I'm leaving Robinhood for either Webull or Fidelity. Also I've gotten mixed messages from people but on RH you can't trade pre market or after hours but supposedly you can on other brokers is that true?
I like Fidelity more! from RH Website: Robinhood's pre-market session starts 30 minutes before the regular market opens. The after-hours trading session lasts for two hours after the regular market close.
Leave robinhood they sell thier stocks at a higher price

gotta admit I love Charles Schwab, liked Robinhood. But after the stuff with GME and other stocks I can't trust them anymore.
Schwab is great too. I just thought Fidelity did a better job than schwab for me
