@@stanwilson7040 woah! Relax buddy. No need to get hormonal and nasty. Maybe he and his wife share more than just watches. They may be a part of a hidden world you can only dream of.
Oh my god. THIS. I don't agree with other commenters about the date, imo this style with a date would be friggin ideal. This style (esp the hands) is far superior to other GS offerings imo. Now throw in a spring drive with no damn sticker blocking the back, and boom! Ideal
Kinda funny that they choose to celebrate the 44GS with a 45KS case. The 44GS had the little horizontal part connecting the lugs instead of the bracelet directly going under the bezel.
Wow if this comes out with a 9RA2 it's my next watch purchase. The 9RA2 requires a display caseback due to the power reserve indicator being there instead of on the dial side, and I need me a power reserve complication.
it seems to me that 9ra2 models won't come out anytime soon, either there's an issue with the movement, or they r a pain to make, so seiko's basically begging ppl to not buy them by fitting them under all kinds of undesirable dials
@@victorma990 I have a 9ra2 on one I bought earlier this year, but you're right it doesn't seem to be very prevalent in the market. It has to be that they're a pain to make, because honestly the movement is rock solid, it's the most accurate watch movement I have at the moment (quartz or mechanical).
@@victorma990 Interesting piece, I wasn't aware of it. Mine is the SLGA009. I also have the SLGA001 (600m diver), it has the 9ra5, which is the same except the power reserve is on the dial side.
Great review as always Tim, sorry I've been away. Just need some advice I'll never sell my Ball engineer ii magneto s we both know that deep down But after closely reviewing your reviews.. it seems like the tudor fastrider is the most logical step forward in ny collection. I'd just appreciate any and all feedback thank you
i don't know what's wrong in your head. you show up in the comments of every video and talk about Ball Engineer, either asking to review it or telling about owning one. don't know if this is a spam scam altogether or what. calm your balls
Bought this and immediately put it on a strap. The lack of taper on the bracelet kills its elegance. Makes it almost brutish, which is damn near a crime with a watch this refined.
This is how GS should have made their watches for the past 5 years.
I bought this watch for my wedding. I'm enjoying it as a share watch with my wife!
That's cool that you share it together. It's a beautiful watch.
Wear it in good health. Congrats to you and your wife!

Thanks Stan!
Yes! No unnecessary date here.

Perfect GS you just described

Amazing watch, GS did it again!
I Would Love to see this watch in rose gold !!!!!!!
The 44GS case has really found it's stride.
Another GS banger!!!!
GS perfected their house style here, it's a mystery how they can (just) miss so often with their designs.
Great dial. I appreciate the no date. The case shape looks like a space ship and is a total turnoff though.

@@nathancortes3722 my other complaint is that GS keeps on making huge watches like the slga001 that won't fit on my wrist😭

I own it too and I don't feel any problem with the bracelet. It doesn't taper but it's also only 18mm wide, not 20 or 22mm.
@@chia-mingyang5804 The bracelet complainers are so old, my goodness lol they will never be happy with anything Seiko does.
