I can’t wait to try these! They look yummy and pretty! What do you use to create that little piping bag?
Thank you! I made it out of parchment paper...cut out a triangle and wrap it around itself into a cone. I believe I showed how to make it in my chocolate truffle birthday cake video :)

So good and original
Beautiful & Creative 💘💗💖💝💞
They all look yummy!
Thank you! 😊
The ones I have done with almond bark do not melt well in the warm milk. I was going to use candy melts, but have seen where they do not taste very chocolate. Are you using Merckins?
Girlllll YESSSSS..!!! I'll be attempting to make all 3.. lol.. Thank you
How many oz of milk should I use??🤔
Yay! Enjoy them!
@@conniemurphy4835 I think my cup was around 12oz
These are ALL beautiful! The ornament was such a cute idea and the marble one is very pretty to look at. I have got to get one of those molds! I'm sure my granddaughters would love these!!! :-). Enjoying your video's, looking forward to the next one. Will you add the link to where you got your mold. Thanks
Thank you!! 😊 I actually got my mold years ago from a local shop so I don’t have a link, but I checked on Amazon and there are quite a few on there (search for hot chocolate bomb mold). Hope that helps!
You make it look so easy! It’s not! I’m really struggling with just making simple ones. I’ll keep practicing and maybe someday…..you are amazing!
Thank you so much! Yes keep practicing! I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it 💕
Awesome dear all three are the best
Thank you! 😊

Thank youuuu!! 😊
Just WOW👀😱😳😍🤩
Thank you!! 😊
Hello Areesa, what brand of melts do you use? And can you provide the source of the molds also, they're hard to locate, thanks.
I plan to make some of your beautiful eadible gifts. How do you recommend they be stored and how long can they be stored for?
They need to be refrigerated...the peppermint one should last about a week, the other two only a few days. I also posted a salted caramel bomb which will last for a week in the fridge as well, so that's another good option for gift giving :)
REALLY BEAUTIFUL CHOCOLATE BOMBS AND LOVE THE WAY YOU DO I'M SURE IT'S DELICIOUS SUPERB AND CREATIVE WORK
Thank you!! 😊
@@Areesa ❤
Hi!! Just discovered your channel today and love all your videos! Which chocolate do you use for the outer shell?
Thank you so much! I used compound chocolate...I got mine in bulk from Save on Foods (in Canada). They're also often called melting wafers 😊
Could you do a tutorial on how to make with Baileys?🙃
Agreed! I tried to do a Kahlua one and the chocolate seized up.
Frank Harris You should have added more liquid. It’s like making water ganache if a tiny bit of water gets in it will seize. But, if you add more water it smooths out again. ruclips.net/video/46t9wupwogg/видео.html
Frank Harris ...and this videos comment section has recipes using alcohol. You can replace all the water with alcohol. ruclips.net/video/z8gTGmf-sKE/видео.html
@@Appaddict01 Thanks! I'll take a look.

These look so delicious! This is my first time seeing someone fill them with something other than powder, I didn't know you could fill them with cream or ganache etc, how long would these stay good in the fridge for?
Thank you! All of these need to be kept in the fridge. The one with ganache should last up to a week, the others around 3 days.
Bonjour C'est super beau et bon bravo!
Merci beaucoup! 😊
Love the vids. Question for you. With the wet ingredients inside the bombs, how long do those keep if you make them in advance for someone? Or are they moreso for instant consumption?
Thank you! They’re definitely best fresh but you can keep them in the fridge...the peppermint one will last about a week and the other two for a few days 😊
@@Areesa Thank you for the reply! I'll keep this in mind if I use the ganaches you made.
Awesome! Please, how do you clean your molds so your chocolate stays shinny?
Yummy
Yours are so pretty. I love the gold you used in the salted caramel video. So, when you let them sit upside down, all of the chocolate doesn't run out? And do you only coat the mold one time? And do you let them sit at room temp or refrigerate?
Refrigerate as in, while the chocolate is hardening.
Thank you! If you pour out all the excess chocolate first, when you let it set upside down very little will continue to drip out. I find that just one coat works great with this method and gives a nice thin, even layer. I let them set in the freezer because I’m impatient lol, fridge works too! And then stored in the fridge once they’re all done 😊
You are a doll.
What chocolate was used for the bomb molds?
And what brand white chocolate was used? I see listed chocolates used for ganache only ?
Thank you
I love these and plan to make some for Christmas gifts. Can you tell me what kind of white chocolate you use (as well as the dark and milk) that is the great big block that you are cutting to make the ganache. Thank you! I am a new subscriber.
Thank you for subscribing! I use Callebaut chocolate for the ganache (milk, dark, & white) 😊
Do u refrigerate da chocolate mould to set choclate??
Nd how much tim do wait to set??
Hi! How do you get the chocolate in the molds to harden? I’m new to this . Thank you so much. Oh if you wouldn’t mind as well sharing , how you package the bombs? ☺️☺️
Hi! The chocolate will harden as it cools...you can put it in the fridge or freezer to speed it up. I'm assuming you mean packaging for gifts? I'd recommend boxes where they won't move around & include a note that says to keep refrigerated! :)
@@Areesa perfect. Thank you for responding so quickly.
Where did you buy the molds?
Hello there!! I am curious how long once made they are good for?? Do they need to be refrigerated ?? Thanks
Hi! Yes they all need to be refrigerated, the peppermint one should last about a week and the other two for a few days.
Beautiful and tasty hot cocoa bombs!! The peppermint my fave but I’ll try the toasted marshmallow 😍😋
Thank you!! The marshmallow one is so fun to make! 😊
Hello! These are Beautiful 🤩! I am new to your channel and very inexperienced with using silicone. Is there a specific type of silicone that I would need for these? Or is all silicone usable for these bombs?
Hi! Thank you! You want to get food grade silicone...so it should say it's meant for food use. Hope that helps 😊
Hey ! Great video- do you have any tips on melting white chocolate? I’m having a hard time and I think it may be burning ? Not sure . Any tips ? Thanks !
Thank you! Try microwaving for just 15-30 seconds at a time and stir in between, stop when they're almost melted and let the residual heat finish them off while stirring. If the microwave isn't working for you, try a double boiler over very low heat (again take it off the heat just before it's fully melted). Hope that helps!
Ya i also faced that thing my chocolate is aldo hard but when i started melting my compound or chocolate in microvave for 10 to 15 sec at a time it melts very easily and becomes very smooth and shiny so you are facing that same problem so please follow this method then your chocolate never becomes hard
It would be awesome if you produce a list of “needed tools” and “my favorites” list of products you like to use. ;) super fun videos! Yum.
I love that idea! I can definitely do a video on some of my favourite tools and ingredients 😊
@@Areesa if your gonna make a list of items needs. You should make an amazon page. I think you get a portion of the whatever people buy and the proce pf the product doesnt increase either. It would be a nice way for viewers to help you out.
@@CristianGonzalez-km5lm Love that idea, thank you! I’ll look into it 😊
Love it! Where would I be able to purchase the chocolate blocks?
Any ideas on mailing them out to love ones?
You're so talented!
Thank you! Oh I actually thought RUclips did that automatically, I will definitely look into it. For now the recipes are just in the videos, I put them in the description for my last video and will continue to do that for future videos! 😊
Do these need to be refrigerated till they are used? Or could you make a weeks worth and leave them in a container or ziplock bag on the counter?
They need to stay refrigerated! The peppermint one should last about a week in the fridge, the other two will last a few days in there.
To make it fluid, do you add E Z thin to the candy melts?
No, I only used candy melts for the red swirl. I used compound chocolate for the rest and it doesn't need to be thinned.
They are all so pretty! I love the peppermint one. It looks like a marble, with the swirls 😍. I can't wait to get my molds so I can try making these.
Thank you! Yes I love the marbled look too! Have fun making them :)
When melting the chocolate drizzle on the bomb, how do you keep it from melting the base?
Your drizzle shouldn’t be super hot, also your hand probably could not tolerate it. Allow your melted drizzle chocolate cool down for a few mins. Also, the stream it drizzles is fairly thin. Should cool pretty fast.
hello! quick question, how long do these last and how do you store them (assuming there's going to be some left to be stored lol)
Hi! Keep them in the fridge...the peppermint one should last about a week, the other two for a few days
How long do they keep with ganache/custard in them? How do you store them? They're really so beautiful!
Thank you! They need to be refrigerated...the peppermint one will last about a week, the other two for a few days
I love it. Wish you have it in writing so I can print it out.
I'll try to add written amounts in the future!
Hi i have a couple questions.
1. How would you keep these. I assume since their custard/ganache that it might need to be kept in the fridge.
2. if giving them as a gift how long do you think these would last? a week?
Yes definitely keep them in the fridge! The peppermint one should last about a week, the other two only a few days.
These are lovely and I can't wait to make the peppermint bomb! How much hot milk should be added for the best flavor? Is it necessary to use dairy milk, or could another (soy, almond, rice) be used? Thanks!
Thank you! My cup was around 12 oz. I used lactose-free dairy milk (tastes almost exactly like regular milk) so you could try that if lactose is the problem. I haven't tried it with any others so I'm not sure...let me know how it turns out if you give it a try though!
From my experience rice milk is very sweet in hot chocolate, with the sweet chocolate it could be too much. Toasted almond milk is delicious in hot chocolate, I love the taste of nuts with chocolate! Barista soy or oat milk should work as well, again they just shouldn't be too much sweetened. I hope this helps. :)
How long can these be stored? Love these!!
Very beautiful where did you purchase your mold from ? And the gold dust
Thank you! I got both from a local baking supply store...you can also try amazon! Search for "hot chocolate bomb mold" and "gold lustre dust" :)
How long will these be shelf stable with the ganache and custard inside? They're beautiful and look delicious!
I was wondering that too.
With Custard inside I think 2-4 days?
Thank you! They all need to be refrigerated...the peppermint one should last about a week and the other two for a few days.
What kind of chocolate did you use?
Can list where you get your chocolates from and specific brand? I searched the couverture chocolate and it’s pretty pricey! Thank you 😊
I used Callebaut chocolate, as with any couverture chocolate it is on the more expensive side. You can replace it with a good quality chocolate bar if you prefer :)
Hi Areesa! what if i want to send my friend this chocolate bomb? would it be okay if the chocolate bomb in room temperature for 12-24 hours? thank you
I was thinking the same thing, wondered about refrigeration if we wanted to send them as a gift if it’s possible.
I would not recommend leaving them out for that long, especially not the eggnog one...stay tuned for some non-refrigerated ideas this weekend 😊
Omg i loves these! Where are the molds from?
Thank you! I got mine years ago from a local baking supply store, but you can get them on amazon!
Wow they just keep getting better an better....I have a question please? Where can u get good quality chocolate from?
Thank you!! 😊I buy mine from Save on Foods (a grocery store in Canada)...try a few different grocery stores or specialty baking stores
A bit too big for my cup but great idea! So do it again for Valentines day it will be cute! Use little balls
What size is the silicone sphere sheet you are using? Can you please send me the link on where to get them? Thank you for sharing. I have never tried this before but you inspired me to try.
So happy to hear that! Mine is 2.75 inches. I got it from a local shop years ago but they have them on amazon 😊
@@Areesa Omg.... thank you for replying. I really appreciate that. I was also hoping to try to make snow globes with the outside part. Would you happen to know how to do that and place them on top of a cupcake? I’m also wondering if this size would be big enough to go on top of a regular size cupcake with the frosting inside of it.
That's amazing. I didn't even know this existed
I wonder if these are her idea or if she saw it somewhere. I never seen these before i want her to be first... Or say her inspiration
@@whitealliance9540 I'm not sure how much it matters if the idea was hers or not they was she instructs and displays how to make them is awesome
Tanx for this beautiful video. I did not have colored chocolate so I bought red liquid color and I added it to my white chocolate but it turned hard and was not usable anymore!! Any idea why??,🤔
Unfortunately you can’t add liquid colour to chocolate because it’s water based. It’s the water in the colour that made it harden 😕
look for oil bases food coloring or add a teaspoon of oil to the food coloring n mix together than add to chocolate... hope it helps
Are these shelf stable or need to be refrigerated. Any idea of how long they will be good for...giving as gifts! Thank you:)
They need to be refrigerated...the peppermint one should last about a week and the other two for a few days. I just posted a video with some shelf stable/non-refrigerated hot chocolate mixes you can put inside instead! 😊
I love your bombs!
Would it be possible to get the recipe list/amounts somewhere?
Thank you so much in advance!!
Thank you! Sure! I’m assuming you mean the eggnog recipe? It’s 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup whipping cream, 2 egg yolks, 1.5 tbsp sugar, and cinnamon & nutmeg to taste. Hope that helps!
@@Areesa Great Video! does this Eggnog Bomb need to be refridgerated? And how long do these last before consuming?
@@redvanillamama6892 as someone who has done a lot of custards and ganaches, all of these have to be refrigerated. Up to a week should be okay. She also answered another comment to this effect in her other video.
Since you use Ganache with heavy cream and eggs in your egg nog, do these bombs need refrigeratoration?
So pretty 😍
Thank you! 😊
