    • @raychances6251
      @raychances6251 3 года назад +27

      It takes longer to break down in your body, which is usually what people want, but it...screws with the fat in your body? I think that's what OP means

    • @ThirrinDiamond
      @ThirrinDiamond 3 года назад +10

      @@raychances6251 THANK YOU 💗💗 Im diabetic so i probs shouldve known this but now i do at least 🤣

    • @eunicerodrigues1500
      @eunicerodrigues1500 3 года назад +35

      @@sachisas in your body you have fats, sugars, proteins, etc.
      Some fats are liquid (good because they don't harden in your blood vessels)
      Other fats are solid (not so good as they can harden and block your arteries)
      These solid fats have extra hydrogen added to make them solid. If the hydrogen bonds are broken (by heat) they become liquid.
      Isomalt has added hydrogen so although it doesn't affect the sugar in your body, it adds to the 'bad fat' content
      I hope my explanation was short and to the point 😅

      Thanks for watching! I also have a video showing how to make them with sugar as sugar is easier to obtain and isomalt should be limited in consumption. Have a great weekend!

    I like this idea. Though not a tea drinker myself my Mum loves her tea so I will try to make these for her. They will make a lovely, cute Christmas gift.
    Thank you.
