I love to have clear and concise you were on how to work with isomalt since it is very important to use that for these Tea bombs. I love how the isomalt has a lower melting point and stays crystal clear so you can see through it love the addition of the green tea inside

Thanks! I've stored mine in an airtight container without any issue for a few weeks. But if you have a packet of silica you can add that in there too. I keep the silica packs from vitamin bottles or you can order them online. Hope this helps.

Hi, thanks for watching. I have not used either xylitol or erythritol in this application. Erythritol would likely be the one to use as xylitol does not caramelize and crystallize to make the shells. I'm assuming you are fine with the consumption of sugar alcohols as consumption should be limited. Thank you! The china is a family heirloom that passed down a few generations. Isomalt is more expensive than sugar but convenient to work with.
