    What mistakes I do everyday
    1- check my phone even before I fully wake up ( with my eyes half open)
    2- I keep snoozing the alarm button as I have anxiety of waking up and going through the day ( not very sure what causes this but I am meditating daily to understand myself and calm myself )
    3- because I work according to Malaysian time, I immediately wake up and start checking my office mails at 7.30am
    4- then I have tea (which can increase my acidity)
    5- I have breakfast at around 10:30 which is almost 3 hours after I wake up
    I do practice pranayam and yoga and meditation every day but I don't have any routine . I will be setting up one for myself. thank you for this informative video.

      Doing meditation and Yoga is really nice but personally exercise always helped me to make my day better. Not losing weight, but keeping ourselves fit and healthy :)

    1. Don't stay in darkness,
    2. Drink a glass of water in normal condition,
    3. Don't check your phone immediately after waking up,
    4. Don't hurry or rush to work,
    5. Don't skip your breakfast.

    Her voice way she speaks is so calming soothing relaxing and positive ! I hate motivational speakers they are full of ego frustration in themselves and they do it for subscribers and money but here I see her she herself so healthy positive and away from negativity it feels good to hear from her ! Especially morning and sleep routine I lost my cat recently due to my disturbed sleep routine I hope it comes back to me I need to improve my sleep pattern and I want my cat back healthy and alive so I can take even better care of itself and mine with awareness and healthy positive routine ! Thank you !

    Include walking and delay the b. Fast delaying break fast is to prevent your heart. Those who do it never have an heart attack. That is most important.

    Nice video. Waking up betwwen 3.30 and 5.30 am is magical and called the brahma muhurat time. Pray and meditate for a few minutes during this time. . Amazing experiences can happen. One can watch brahma muhurat videos on you tube for details. Best wishes.

    These are great tips along with not using alarm or mechanical device to prematurely wake you up. You have internal body/awareness you can wake up whenever you want. And but Ultimately/Fundamentally. There are really no mistakes, right or wrongs in creation, just how well you play the game and aware of your creation.

    This is what I do after waking up, I go to the balcony and walk and feel the sunshine, enjoy the morning vibes. Then take a glass of water and do my exercises. If someday I miss one of these steps ,I don't feel good entire day. Thank you mam for this video. I feel energised

      I have fat upper, lower belly... My body type is pear shapes...
      Madam, i follow your exercises for lossing my bottom, belly... And also walk for 50 min...
