Hello, congratulations on the video, very interesting, I would like to buy a unit of this chiller but I would like to know if it reaches a temperature of -6 degrees Celsius, my use will be different from yours, it is just to cool my beer tower at freezing point and I know that I need to have a chiller that reaches a temperature of -6 degrees Celsius, thank you in advance.
@@MasteringHomebrew thank you very much for the reply. I was hoping a magnet would work but that obviously did not. Didn’t think about Velcro. Thanks for the videos. I have had the same chiller as you for about a year now. I have had no issues with it thus far.
It is a 10mm fitting I believe. Here is the link www.brewtools.us/products/accessories/quick-connectors-/-ball-lock/quick-connector-f-to-10mm-barb-panel-leak-free-connectors-7712774-p0000000477
To be honest im not really sure. Here in Norway its sold as “battery water” for car batteries that require distilled / de ionized water but either one will work with glycol.

did this come with pumps ? or did you source your own?
Great video! That is exactly what I had planned for my brew bucket. Did the coil fit around the SSbrewbucket's temp probe?
I am trying to build at home
But can't find any data on condenser, evaporator and capillary size data
What did you use to attach that phone/tablet to the legs of your conical fermenter? Thanks for the video
I used a small piece of a heavy duty type of velcro to keep it in place and for easy removal.

what size fittings did you thread into the Ss Chiller lid in place of the originals?

is it really distilled water or deionized the water you are using? thanks

Do you know what material the chillers tank is made of?
Where did you get that coil from?
Those coils are made by Kegland and are available on online brewstores (its called temp twister) or keglands aliexpress account.
