I love this video and this story. I myself just experienced the same with a local non-profit that had their DTF vendor ghost them. I took the opportunity ang got a design proof to them and within 24hrs was into production. They expressed that I "saved the day" and I know they will be a long time customer. Seize the opportunities, because you just never know how much of a positive impact it will have on your business and your customer!!!!

you said you digitized the logo yourself can you cover more on digitizing? What digitizing software do you use?
I use Chroma Luxe and I also offer digitizing as a service. I have a few videos teaching digitizing on my channel but they don't get alot of views so I don't make those videos anymore.
Great videos! Thank you! I’m looking to purchase my first embroidery machine and contemplating between Avanti and Ricoma, how often does your Ricoma goes down and how reliable is it?
Go down, like stop working? My machines have never been down. I’ve never heard of Avanti brand. Do they do videos every week like Ricoma? Do they have a Summit coming up that you can go to and see the machines running and talk to the staff and test out the machines yourself?
