    ❤❤❤🎉 dear Abhi, thank you for your another wonderful Session. I have a question regarding it, sometimes I do feel enrgy along the spine - more like in upper part of it. Sometimes I don't t feel at all. Ist this OK? Maybe there are some blockages in my bod? Please advise thank you

    In tumo breathing we should exhale from nose or mouth ? Which is correct?

      Hi there, in this breathing sequence we are doing a variation of Tummo Breathing, slower breathing with inhale and exhale through the nose. This is slightly different from our other videos on Tummo where we exhale through the mouth with pursed lips.
