@TheSyzygy333 Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience! It's completely normal to feel energy along the spine some days and not on others. Everyone has energetic blockages, and the key is to clear them gradually through consistent breathwork and practice. Trust the process, stay patient, and know that every session is a step toward deeper connection and flow. Keep practicing, and you're doing great! 🙏💛
Hi there, in this breathing sequence we are doing a variation of Tummo Breathing, slower breathing with inhale and exhale through the nose. This is slightly different from our other videos on Tummo where we exhale through the mouth with pursed lips.

In tumo breathing we should exhale from nose or mouth ? Which is correct?
