- Yo, yo, yo, yo-yo. I'm back with another tutorial! In today's tutorial we're gonna be looking at how I color in Procreate. (Also forgive my voice, I was sick 😔 )
Honestly, I thought i'd have a hard time transitioning from Paint Tool SAI, but once you find brushes that work for you, Procreate can be a match made in heaven!! My coloring process is also relatively simple and I hope it helps a struggling artist out there (If that's you, hi bestie!)
Also shout out to all the messy artist out there! My process coloring process can get a lil messy sometimes. Just like life hehe~

I’m confused…… I have my line art that has the reference on it…. I do the gray fill in next. After that for each layer (as in skin color, hair etc) those are clipping masks?

How to have a proper artist breakdown -
step 1 - draw something
step 2 - dont seperate the color because you use ibis paint too much
step 3 - cry
Not helpful, didnt say how you could draw over the lines without ruining them at all
