This is actually interesting, I always thought that the concept of adding retro track cups was born for Mario Kart DS and was brought onwards, but it actually dates all the way back since Super Circuit (Mario Kart 3). Makes me wonder, if the rumors of Mario Kart 9 being a Switch 2 launch title are true, what retro courses will appear?
For the booster course pass we need GBA riverside park GBA Boo lake GBA Snow Land GBA Yoshi dessert GBA Lakeside park GBA Broken Pioneer GBA Rainbow Road because some of the tracks were missing
I assume they either ran out of time and forgot to add them decided to omit them because the sprites are larger and would have been nearly impossible to avoid (assuming they would have reused the thwomp sprites from Super Circuit Bowser Castle Tracks).

Don't get me wrong, half of the voices in this game suck. Like why reuse actors from the Japanese version of Mario Kart 64, and the first two Mario Party games? The main reason why Luigi sounded like a high-pitched Mario was because most of the games during the late 90s to 2002 was when Luigi was voiced by Julien Bardakoff.

no its the limitations, the GBA Hardware couldn't hold anymore sprites, and the game's made by a different dev
