    thanks for very informative video. As you are aware there is always a problem of space in any of the building design so can we use this lift pressurize fan for fresh air for basement with fire damper. so, we can use single lot of fans for both purpose with application logic.

    Thank you Ahmad sahab. You are genius. I am also grateful to you for this kind of rate information. I am also an Engineer in a govt Department but my areas are very very wide therefore no time to be expert in all fields. When it comes to understand ventilation and Fire prevention then your video gives me concept.
    In my department,which is Civil engineers and Architects based department No one is clear on it. Thank you very much.

      Outside air without treated because this Pressurisation fan run in case of fire or emergency

      But actually in staircases there are conditioned air . Today I visited RMI Hospital Peshawar. And noted that there is cooled air in staircase as well. So question is arised that basically we do air conditioning of staircase or not?

      This Pressurisation fan supply positive air which required in case of fire then at fire time who required comfortable air? If it is conditioned air then it is amazing

    Hi Sir, Can you please explain on below,
    1. How much is the differential pressure setting in the fan pressure switch.What will happen if the differential pressure increases or decreases.
    2. Is there any insulation or coating or painting on the ducts.
    3. What is the Smacna standard for these ducts.(Duct guage etc).
    4. Is this a fire rated duct.
    5. Does the Staircase duct travel till ground floor or it is as shown in the drawing till top floor only.
    6. Are both Lift or stair pressurisation fans both of same type?
    7. Please let us know the calculations of the same.
    8. In which case we use centrifugal fan and in which case we use for axial flow fans for pressurisation systems.

      Because we have to force pressurised air all the in staircase or lift well as smoke can not enter there and peoples of building easily evacuate through staircase or ....

    Sir Kya GF ka door open condition me rhna chye jb pressurization fan chal rha ho ya pher close hona chye? For example agr 1 bnda door open kr k bhr nekal gya ha to door automatic close hona chye full ya pher thora open condition me rhy ga? Koi NFPA standard ha asa to please bta den

      Normally all doors remain close because pressurised fan develop pressure according to design requirements. Further standard references check at your end.

    Durring summer, when humidity is more, what is the solution to to reduce condensation as my lift lobby have 18c temperature and stair case have no ac, also when alarm came hot sir enter to lobby making condensation. Please guide sir

    Good evening everyone, please anyone can guide me about staircase Pressurisation system. My fans are on the roof & will equipped with overpressure relief damper with Actuator. As per the consultant requirements overpressure relief damper has need to be released the pressure when pressure will reach upto 60Pa. Can I use the differential pressure switch to I'm the staircase to sense the pressure & damper Actuator can operate through it.
