okay so you showed us how much it could potentially make but it would have been good if you should have showed us how you would have done the research to check the occupancy rate in the area to show the demand instead of just telling us 80% occupancy is normal for the UK thats quite broad

Hi I'm operating a small rent to rent business partnering With a supported living provider...I want to rent out a property from a private landlord who's happy to lease the property for supported living set up..how do I show the property to my client in person ( the supported living business) without involving the private landlord?as I don't want to give the supported living business details to the private landlord, as I fear he'll directly deal with my client ... please can you advise many thanks
Hi, does the use class of the building affect the use of the building? I mean can I rent from the landlord and use it as an SA under a management agreement when his use class is C3?
It will change the use class, but the main thing will be whether the council will bother chasing you… whether they take action is left to their discretion. Smaller councils which are strapped for cash and have limited resources, might not even consider enforcing against it… courts are not cheap 😂
Great video! It’a pity that only 1 example given 😅 What are penalties for landlord in such case if after 5 years when you want to buy the property (by excersising lease option) landlord does not want to sell the property for an old price as the property now is worth 50% more?

It’s not illegal. I did it for six months sadly covid pandemic ruined it.
