Love the enthusiasm :-) My daughter does EPC's & Inventories .... She's never been busier than since these Lockdowns started .... Not sure Why? ... But she's Rollin' with it ..... 'Making Hay while the Sun Don't Shine' :-)
Stamp Duty, especially on Buy to Let properties, was supposed to go up quite substantially, with extra tax to pay on 2nd homes etc. Lockdown put this on hold - so all the investors out there went and bought more houses, especially from people who were desperate to sell as they'd lost their jobs etc. Meaning, of course, yet more people were unable to become 1st time buyers! Poo's and roundabouts!
I already own my own house in my name. if I brought buy to let through a limited company would I have to pay second home stamp duty as my first property in my limited company?
