If I bought a house for BTL, would I struggle to get a BTL mortgage if I don't own my own home? Am selling my home & will be renting a room or doing camper van life for a wee while. Thanks.

Exactly as I showed how to do in this video.. there are numerous ways and mortgage advisors will be unable to help you ... in this case: buy well for cash, add value wisely for cash, mortgage at the end and recycle all your money. You learn how to do this and you will have a large portfolio very quickly. Good luck.
Hello I've recently got a new job being self employed, I'm making 60k 70k per year, I dont pay tax until the end of the tax year on this, how do I start off building a property portfolio ? What exactly is the first thing I should do? Thank you any help would be much appreciated
I don’t care about money. I had it and it ruined my life. I have no self control sadly. If I had unlimited money I’d end up dead. I must have spent hundreds of thousands of drugs and gambling.
Maybe you need some treatment …maybe you have some condition ..like adhd. And tablets would help you. I hope you will find the way. You can if you really want to ❤

Key is to find below market deal like in the video. A buyer selling property with 40k discount already gets 40k equity into buyer's pocket.
