  • Putrajaya is one of Malaysia's newest cities making it a beautiful and modern location, perfect for a day trip away for Kuala Lumpur. We started our our day by visiting Putrajaya's most iconic location, the Putra Mosque (Pink mosque), we then grabbed some local Malay food, made our way to some of the green spaces in the city and finished our day out by the Moroccan pavilion.
    If you get the chance we think you should definitely visit Putrajaya to explore more of the Modern side of Malaysia!

Secondly, the city is a bit far out of KL, so not too many foreign tourists would flock to putrajaya daily

    in Malay language, the circle is called Dataran Putrajaya, which translates back to English as Putrajaya Square...
    ('Dataran' actually literally means flatland, 'segiempat' is the actual translation for square)
    But, anyhow, after watching this, I do agree with you, it should be called 'Putrajaya Circle/Circus'
    (org mesia mesti ingat circus tu maksudnya sarkis je kan? hehe... cuba search Piccadily Circus)

    • @jonmath4182
      @jonmath4182 11 месяцев назад +1

      I'd avoid circus though. Because at first impression, especially to the majority of people, malaysians or otherwise, it does give the connotation of that circus we all are very familiar with. And even if people are very aware that's not the circus it's meant for, that'd be times when certain not so kind people would make a mockery, equating it to the circus that we all know, in a negative way. I don't think there's any issue with using square if we want to say it in english, but it's advisable to use dataran as its rightful name, and resort to the square only as an explanation or translation

      @PakailogikaYa 11 месяцев назад

      @@eellhumsalee3765sorry friend, I do not agree with your statement which is not proven. If you can say that means you have to be able to prove it. Is Indonesia entering the G20 which you call a setback?? Is the best military ranked 13th according to global word power? You call that a setback? Is Malaysia's industry currently much better than Indonesia's in 30 years? All of the above means that Indonesia is the one that can outperform Malaysia. try to provide proof that Indonesia has experienced a decline of 30 years... if only 3 year old children could speak, they would probably believe it... and what's up with Malay, the ASEAN language?? Has this language succeeded in becoming an ASEAN language? Has it succeeded in Malaying Indonesia? Malay must be very special for Malaysia. but for Indonesian Malays it's just normal, the same as other tribes there is nothing special.
