Madonna said the MDNA tour was her hardest one she'd ever done. it was intense choreo too. I wouldn't be able to sound half as good her. it's tough.
This is actually a pretty solid vocal performance for a show with so much choreo
Madonna is an amazing singer no matter what fools say, she’s working out heavily while singing here. These isolated vocals are hilarious but obviously not meant to be heard like that. You can still hear her beautiful voice on Papa Don’t preach here. Get Aretha, Adele, prime Mariah or anyone in those grueling choreographies and see how they sound!! They won’t even sing. Go listen to her singing Sooner or Later at the Oscars and hear what she sounds like when she’s not doing Cirque du Soleil while singing.

She sounds so tired … well she was 55 at this time and still touring around the planet …
This are isolated vocals, at the concert we can’t actually hear all the rawness because of the other elements like the instruments and crowd. That’s why some artists don’t aloud live transmission of festival concerts because the mic feed are very unfair to the performer. We have no idea of what is like to perform 88 concerts across the globe, we can’t barely handle a week at the office. It might be hard. I think M really have focused on dancing and acting more than singing and she made the right choice cause that’s exactly what she will forever be remembered.

Gang Bang sounds just awful but i get it, the previous performances were exhausting, but she sound amazing on Papa don't preach
of course... she likes to sing on her way (like screaming) but when the music is kind of a balad she pay more attention on her voice. by the way... remember that she dances and have 62 by now

@@samguppy1130at times, an artist may have a backing track of backup vocals (or sometimes the lead vocal), and their real voice may be turned off and low in the mix, so she may have been singing into the mic, but not at full “voice” as she knew the backing track was there

Yes most of the mdna show is a prerecorded lead vocal with the exception of a couple songs and moments where the mic comes on
Madonna is an Icon and a Queen but she's never been a good singer
Love her. I’ve seen her live. Her live vocals are distracting. So I’ll listen to her produced music and concept videos
But never again will I pay good money on any artist who can’t sing live.

Also her age has nothing to do with anything. She sounded awful on her 1987 Open your heart opening too because of the choreo, her focus is on the show not on what her isolated vocals sound like!
Interestingly she sang Open Your Heart way better during the Blond Ambition Tour.

I desagree. Madonna do good choices, but she dance and sing, this it decreases her vocal quality, but doesn't take it away. She still can sing. Have you hear she singing acustic Express Yourself on Madame X Tour? Like a Prayer on acoustic Place de le Republique or on Met Gala 2018? Express Yourself on MDNA Tour or Vogue in Stick and Sweet Tour?

I know the MDNA Tour and Madame X Tour have alot of Autotune, but the songs have, it´s not like she can´t sing. It just the songs have and help her to don´t decreases her vocal quality.

@@gregory7567 LOL Madonna sang her worst during her youth. She actually sounds better here than ever did in the 1980's because she obviously couldn't sing. Her voice improved a lot due to the Evita singing lessons, I give her that, but that was until her late thirties.
