You didn't show a full face snorkel mask. How many death have there been in the last years? Several. I also remember a warning that visitors shouldn't snorkel the first day after flying. Deeper investigations are needed.
When you're breathing through a snorkel you're increasing the anatomical Dead Space so if you don't breathe deep enough you're just rebreathing stale air. You can't just breathe normally have to make a conscious effort to do it correctly
Always wear a buoyancy vest so the swimmer can rest and float. Many visitors underestimate the conditions and their own abilities. Heed the warning signs.
You need to actually show pictures/footage of the full-face mask in question, you did not properly show them in the report and instead falsely presented a regular mask and snorkel, which is not where these issues are coming from
What if these masks where cheap produced and just released some dangerous chemicals that made them struggle to breathe? Or put them unconscious and then they drowned? Has the masks been examined for chemicals? 😢

I've worn both, and I can say they only time I actually got sick was wearing a full-face snorkle mask!

Obviously the society in Hawaii makes it horrible to live life. Hahaha!!!
