Cuz dubai have a beach and the sand of dubai is not like riyadh, riyadh doesn’t have the snd of the beach they have the red sand u know an if u go to dammam (its 4 hours from riyadh) it won’t be muddy cuz they have the beach sand 😊

When I was a kid my parents took me to the beach - while at the beach I used to build sandcastles... I was the architect, the constructor, the builder and finally the demolition man.
But before I went into demolition mode I proudly showed my parents my accomplishment. I was so proud!!! I did all this sand building with my own hands - no one was paid to do anything for me - I did it my self!
My sandcastle design was not made by the Germans, The constructor teams was not from Italy and the workers was not from India - it was me, other wise by parents would have noticed that I was not really the one building the sandcastle and hence just used my pocket money.
Here is a fun fact - 33% of the Saudi population is foreign workers - and the unemployment rate amongst Saudis is 6 % - go figure!

You can't simply judge it like that, there are many view points to look at this. First of all the unemployment percentage is higher at around 9 or 10 not 6.
King Khalid made the mistake in the 70s when the oil boomed. They asked him whether to close the country and let its people work or bring foreign workers from the outside. He decided the later and Saudi nowadays is still suffering from it. Second of all, having multi companies from multi countries worldwide especially from the 2000s forward creates competition, better peicing and higher quality. Look at the big dig in Boston, looks like shit. Why? done by Americans only. Look at the F-22s and F-35s. Costly and shit, why? Done by Americans only. Look at the Typhoon, Russian PAK-FA 150, golden pieces, why? Multi countries. Look at Dubai and how magnificent it is architecturally compared to London or New York. Why? You know why.
