    El Dorada #4. Definitely my favourite. $295,000 Love the infinity pool & bóvedas
    Also, I Really liked Casa Melbourne #1 in La Floresta.
    I would consider buying there if price is right. Some additional expenses to consider & compare as well as location & view in each community. Also no pool unfortunately. Thank you for so much info Rich.

    To be honest I am quite disappointed in the selection you've made. Is it because the inventory is low? Question: how much are the HOA dues for the Eldorado townhouse?

    Wow I was surprised that I really love the 70’s house!! Just a few updating jobs and it would be amazing! The yard would be great for my dogs. Is there a younger crowd at all in that area I mean like 30’a and 40’s or all retirees?

    • @katem2411

      That's what I'd like to know. The area looks nice, but I'd be out of place with a bunch of retirees and no others

      I like #3 but not sure it’s worth $400K for two bedrooms. If they would have had a nice unground pool maybe I would pay 400K. I know they have a community pool but not the same. House #4 is more like it 2 bedrooms for $300K so I would probably go with this one or the 70’s house and renovate it some but not to much.

      @@katem2411 exactly I plan on selling my house and moving to Mexico in the next couple months. I love the houses and everything in this area especially the weather but wondering as a single man if it would only be retirees.

      @@oreospeedwaggindoesamerica6078 similar situation here, and in dread of accidently winding up in a retirement community or with a bunch of suburbanites and their children. It would be an easy mistake to make too given how a lot of homes in expat areas in Mexico are vacant or vacation rentals for part of the year. I'm more comfortable in a diverse community.

    Hi Rich. Rough crowd this time, it seems. :)
    For those who seemed unhappy with your choice of showings, I guess it would be wise to keep in mind that your picks are based on a possible previous conversation with your clients regarding their real estate preferences i.e. the type of homes they want to see, locations and styles.
    Nice video.

  • @katem2411
    @katem2411 3 года назад +5

    These are all nice places, but weirdly I kind of love the time warp house. In reality there would probably be too much work for me to personally be able to justify the price, but I'm sure someone will snap it up.

    Damn, those prices are super steep for Mexico. To put things in perspective, a great salary in that part of Mexico is around 400-500 dollars a week, which 90% of the population doesn’t earn and can never afford to live in those communities, in their own country. Foreigners are taking over the beautiful areas and making them unaffordable for the natives.
