Hello! I'm a Brazilian conductor and I saw this video for the first time today. I am extremely thrilled! I wish they continue to enchant the planet with such a beautiful work! Thank you very much!
Sometimes I wonder if the natural state of all living things and maybe even matter is conflict and constant pulling apart. This sound makes me believe that harmony might be just as natural to the living and maybe even all matter. I can hear the harmony. And it is good.
Our true spirituality is not in the gods we worship or pray to, it is within us and you would have to be dead not to feel the power of so many voices rejoicing together, in a language that most do not speak to produce this wonderfully harmonious performance. Harmonious, not only musically but racially, but after all, there is only one race, Human.
You know what I love the most about art? It's the fact that I don't even know what they are saying while sing, but the harmony between the singers with all this multicultural context makes this presentation so beautiful that moved my eyes to tears ❤❤❤
I'm on Baba Yetu binge right now and this is 1 of the best 2 choir group performance and singing I've seen. Everyone took part, performed and sang together. Not many lacking of facial expression spotted when singing (which is great) and can hear the singing has feelings poured into it. When you sing to God, you have to sing with feelings and dance (if you want to) to show Him that you are doing it for Him. Singing to God is like you have to "send" your voice to Him and let Him "receive" what you expressed.
AMEN 🙏🏼❤️🙏❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏿❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏽 God's people are everywhere in positions that they didn't ask for and in positions that we don't know about..Hallelujah Keep the God that you serve first🇺🇲 Thank you Jesus
Hi Janice. Your sentence "Keep the God you serve first" seemed to mean to put God above all else and love him "with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength" (Deteronomy 6:5, NIV). But then you put the US-American flag behind it: 🇺🇸. That changes the meaning of your sentence, I believe. Now it seems to mean to put the US-American flag or (pars pro toto) the USA (= your God) above all else. Did you mean to say that?
I'm not religious, in fact I'm almost atheist, but this songs touches me deeply. Every time I hear it I'm in tears. Such a great song sung by a wonderful choir.
Hello. I hope I'm not disturbing you. But may I ask, how are you doing now? Are you still an Atheist? It's okay if you don't reply. Take care of yourself, and others, as much as you can. Stay strong out there. God Bless you.
By listening to this song, i remember the young days when i was not tainted with suffering, when everything was hopeful and without worries. Now i do not know if i can relive it but, i hope i can gain back my liveliness before its too late
I love this too. The soloist has a beautiful voice! This song is one of my all time favourites. Go give the Stellenbosch University Choir's version of Baba Yethu a listen. Hope you enjoy it as well!
I've always wanted to ask one question. Why are you so sure there is a God, but more importantly the Christian God is the only true God? Why isn't he Allah? Why isn't he the Buddha? Just because you think so, just because you are a programmed entity who follows others' imposed beliefs. It sounds ridiculous to me.
Алексей Строев: I have quite a few other questions. Whichever God exists, why is it always trying to kill us? And if it saw fit to send us a virus, why would praying make it change its mind? Did it think we would like a virus, and if we pray it’ll realize the mistake and take it back? I don’t understand the logic.

AMEN
🙏🏼❤️🙏❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏿❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏽
God's people are everywhere in positions that they didn't ask for and in positions that we don't know about..Hallelujah
Keep the God that you serve first🇺🇲
Thank you Jesus
In are current climate where the world needs to work together to overcome something we've never faced before, this song resonates this message
This is the lord's prayer😂😂 your message is lovely...but completely UNRELATED.
What a beautiful language Swahili is. This group did such an amazing performance. 🧡🧡
Will FOREVER be my absolute favourite choir performance of this song. Just wish we had a full choir shot of the side-to-side swaying at 1:52
We need this right now. Honoring diversity, not separation.
Lied aus meiner heimat kärnten❤❤🎉🎉vielen dank von. Meinem herzen an sie und ein. Gruss an meine heimat .
I don’t know how many times I listened to this performance ❤
I'm not religious, in fact I'm almost atheist, but this songs touches me deeply. Every time I hear it I'm in tears. Such a great song sung by a wonderful choir.
Hello. I hope I'm not disturbing you. But may I ask, how are you doing now? Are you still an Atheist? It's okay if you don't reply. Take care of yourself, and others, as much as you can. Stay strong out there. God Bless you.
This is how the Lord’s Prayer should be done, in my option, this is pure praise to the higher beings who protect us
I remember this from civilization 4! Loved it then, too.
The amount of love this group put into their performance is just wonderful! Thank you!
I needed that. Thank you all! Stay safe!
Me too, DR F. Me too.

By listening to this song, i remember the young days when i was not tainted with suffering, when everything was hopeful and without worries. Now i do not know if i can relive it but, i hope i can gain back my liveliness before its too late
May your wishes be fulfilled.

One day soon, all of you can gather together again to do this spectacular thing that you do.
Bella Santore we sure hope so. ❤️
Best version I have ever heard. Going to listen to again and again
I think so
I love this too. The soloist has a beautiful voice! This song is one of my all time favourites. Go give the Stellenbosch University Choir's version of Baba Yethu a listen. Hope you enjoy it as well!
Who is loving the African accent 😍😍😍😍
Wonderful, now that they sing in my Swahili language makes it more wonderful
First time I've seen choreography added to this moving music. Still brings chills and tears to this rendition.
Kenyan here. You just have to love this performance.
The world needs God with this Corona virus... The Lord's prayer in Swahili perfectly executed by Angel City Chorale✨🙏
Lord Jesus, heal: América, África, Europe, Ásia, Oceania!!!
I agree... This one of the best songs for me today...
I think the world needs more doctors...
Прекрасное исполнение! Обожаю этот произведение! Храни нас всех Господь! С любовью из России ❤️❤️❤️
