      @@PGC_Basketball Any suggestion on weights starting out for my 8th grade daughter, she does a nice job in the weight room. And I don't know much about med balls, but what is the difference between the blue and red? Is once a wall ball with bounce and one a floor ball?

    Basketball push ups are uncalled for. Doesn’t do anything different push will do.
