Do you have a guide or information on how create reports for outbound calls? Currently I have only the total number of calls from a template. I would like analyse the outcomes, success rate etc.
We had the same need, so we basically created an app that gets hubspot call data realtime and it classifies the calls based on outcome.
Natively, you cannot filter for call outcomes, unless you have a professional license and a reporting addon and this was too costly in the long run, so we created an automation for that.
If you want, you can drop me a line and I can briefly tell you how we did it or if you want us to do the same setup.
The problem we had was with agents that said they called people, but outcomes were phone is busy, not responded and they didn't actually had conversations.
can you receive inbound calls to the hubspot mobile app? if so, how can you do that please?
Thank you for this tutorial. It make sense for outbound call. How about inbound calls? Let say a new inbound lead comes through a phone call, how does it work in that call?
Also, if a call comes on my phone from the current customer (which is already have a account in HS) and I record that call in my phone, will it automatically fethc that recording and add into the timeline?
Yes that's correct, incoming calls will be auto-logged and more information can be found on HubSpot's Knowledge Base here:

Hi! So you can use the calling feature in the Starter, Professional and Enterprise versions of the sales hub
You can also use this feature in HubSpot Service Hub Starter, Professional, Enterprise

Do i need to open each contact and click on call to perform the calling, cant i select the contacts for cold calling and perform calling directly one after another. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, this is not currently supported but is a great suggestion with functionality running similar to Task Queues. I'd definitely recommend posting this on the HubSpot Ideas forum (community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas) so we can upvote!
