Great question Ryan! If I'm reading this correctly your looking to make sure the call notes permanently stay at the centre of the contact card. You would do this by clicking actions, pin on the call in the activity tab (as Trav did with a Note at the 3:40 mark of the video). Hope this helps!
@@NBHco I meant when I hit log a call/email it pops up off to the right. Is there a way when I hit log a call/email for it to pop up every time in the center of my screen rather than off to the right
Sorry about that mate! Unfortunately Hubspot does not have a feature to automatically centre the "Log a Call/Email" pop-up window in the middle of the screen every time it is opened ands you do need to manually move it each time. Definitely would be a helpful feature and we might need to suggest it to them!
I have free hubspot account, i want my agent to call manually but call disposition option in hubspot and I should be able to track it, is it possible by ay chance
These can be done with interventions - calls - you can use something like Aircall - email you can connect gmail or outlook - and notes usually are done through 3rd party integrations (example Avoma will place a note with the recording post meeting - or zoom). You can use the log a call button under their name! That should do the trick for you!
