Look at your views on this video. Nicely done.
thanks. I did with the scouring pad and its over 20000 views. I figured I would do one without for those who haven’t bought any.
Good advice Noob. That's how I clean mine. I never use those scouring pads and I got like 20 of them.
I like the scouring pads. Just want to show a different way if you don’t go that route
Clean the griddle boy 😂😂
Where's the Super Clean?
Hey Noob😃Great tutorial👍🏻I clean my Blackstone the same way😁ROCK ON!!!!!!!🤘🏻🤙🏻✌🏻
I normally use the scouring pads.
When I worked in a Mexican restaurant we used bottled lime juice and a scotch brite pad to get the flat grill looking brand new every single night
That’s cool. Was it the citric acid that ate away at filth.
@@TheFlatTopNOOB I honestly have no clue all I know it it worked amazing
@@drewnicest4319 I’m going to have to look and see if the lemon would hurt the seasoning on the griddle. That was a stainless steel griddle they had. Im sure. That would make for a great cleaning video. If it works on a seasoned griddle
@@TheFlatTopNOOB Oh lol, yes it was definitely stainless, I didn't even think about that smh. Probably not a good idea unless it's stainless sorry. What you're doing is probably way more ideal, especially hitting it w oil each time
@@drewnicest4319 I’ve been looking at getting a vevor griddle at some point. My buddy has one and likes it. It’s stainless. It’s a home version griddle that doesn’t cost as much as the commercial one. Not as but still does the job. I believe on the commercial ones the steel is a little thinker too. But a couple hundred bucks I think it worth it.
bad idea using so much water and not heating the oil after applying it at the end. I rarely (once a year) need to scrub mine if its properly seasoned after each use.
Most the water was gone by the time you wipe it down. It was dry before the oil was applied. I never burn the oil off until the next cook. That isn’t my normal method of cleaning it. Just showing another way. Why bad idea about the water and why would you burn off the oil after use. I’m seriously asking. The channel is called flat top noob.
Apparently you only clean the surface and not the rest. Nasty.
@@old_school_guy yeah i agree I don’t like it that way either but it is a method that people do. I always use a scouring pad. Was just showing another way if you ran out of pads.
This is great Ryan 👍 😊this is how Darrin cleans ours and we're glad to know he's doing it correctly lol..😊😊
❤Annie
I do prefer the scouring pad method more. It seems to get all the stuff I can’t get with the scraper. I use my flat top more than usual. Even when not making videos.
That's m,y method, nice job my brother. You guys got a show this week?
