    Enjoyed meditating and listening to your instructions! I am doing a water-feast (no solids only drinking water as my only source of liquids) for the period of bein hamytzarim 17 of Tamuz and Tish'a B'Av three weeks time (for 21 days)... . Your meditation of narrow spaces is PERFECT for that! Thanks very much for posting this! I am very inspired and motivated. This is EXACTLY what I was seeking! Do you know of anyone I can find a role model as a Personal Trainer (PT) in the midst of a career change and taking classes to pass the NFPT exam (National Federation of Professional Trainers) and constantly take kinesiology fitness courses like I did, last fall Semester in Rock Climbing! (Fall 2023 CSUN). Thanks! :)
