There was no glitch; the fall was not enough to deal five hearts of damage. The game simply waited for Link to stand up before the cutscene. It looks weird because the hud disappears during cutscenes. But it's not a glitch.
Yeah! This seems to be most likely the case. Sidon killed the construct(s) while Link was falling, and he just needed to stand for the cutscene to take place, which is why the menu disappeared.

Some cutscenes only work when you're on the ground (maybe they all do), so for some reason, link got stuck with his hurt face when he was getting up to start the cutscene. That's why the HUD disappeared when the construct died, which made it look like Link died, when the cutscene was supposed to happen. Guy lost the fairies hearts when he landed on the floor. Thats what the vid is about. Guy got revived but ended up losing all his hearts again but still lived somehow
@@evobsm2328 He didn't lose the fairy's heart. It looked like he did because the UHD disappeared but actually it was just the cutscene starting. You can't take that much damage from this height.
