Or if you don't like bitter brownies, just switch the 1/3 to 1/4 cup. 2.) add 1 cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup because it was too bitter for me. Optional) add flaky sea salt as soon as the brownies come out of the oven. :) Other than that it was delicious! Combine 3/4 flour, 1/3 cup + 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt. 5. Slowly add to the egg mixture until well combined. 6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.

This is the BEST brownie recipe EVER! It was fudgy and tasted like a brownie that you would make using a brownie mix!! Definitely Recommend!!! LOVE IT THANK U SO MUCH!!!!!
Just made this and it turned out amazing! So soft and chewy it tasted better than store brought brownies! I just made half the quantity cause we’re a small family lol! I also substituted one of the eggs with 4 table spoons of plain Greek yogurt, since I didn’t wanna use 2 eggs and I can’t use 1 and a half eggs 😂, I also added chocolate chips into the batter which added even more moisture in the brownies! Will definitely make these again in the future for when I’m craving something chocolatey! Thank you for this recipe!! P.s: this was my first time making brownies and I’m happy it was this successful lol!

The brownie turned out wonderful! My family loved it a lot!!! However I do have a few tips: •Use only 1/3 or 1/4 cups of cocoa •Just use 150 to 130 grams of butter (this one is optional, you can add more to make the brownie rich in taste) • add 1 cup of sugar ( *highly* recommended)
Okay. I just made these. Thoughts:- 1. I put 1 cup of brown sugar instead of regular sugar 2. I baked them w lower heat only for abt 15 mins at first then, i add another 10 mins. (I should have add only 5 and see how it comes out). Anyways, They coming out as a cakey texture instead of fudgy moist brownies. I guess every oven have different settings which u hv to know and keep an eye on it for u to know whats best for you. 3. Turns out delish too ! not drying and a bit moist at the top of the cake. And mine doesnt taste bitter at all. They just perfect! I can conclude that its a success too lol Thanks for the recipe sensei!

I baked these brownies on the stove today and I have to say that I'm proud of myself😁 The brownies turned out super soft and moist, so thank you sooo much for this recipe!!! Actually I don't like things which are too sweet or oily so I kinda changed the measurements to meet my requirements: -1/2 cup sugar and oil instead of 3/4 cup -1 tsp vanilla extract -2 tbsp cocoa powder -2 pinches of ENO But regardless of the changes, it still came out great and I even heated some of the batter and used it as a topping along with cherries😀
I loved this recipe even though it did not turn out how it was supposed to because I messed up. I didn’t have baking soda so I tried to substitute with 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/4 cup self rising flour, which in hindsight was stupid 🤡 I basically made a dense bitter cake that was very dry. But trying to fix it I made it a poke cake by pouring caramel coffee into it and tbh it tasted amazing. Kinda like bootleg, dollar tree tiramisu. I’d make it again lol
I made these and they were soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good omg my first time ever making brownies from scratch !! also i followed one of the top comments and cut down a bit of the cocoa powder and they were JUST the right bitter and sweetness and i sprinkled shaved almonds on the top insread of icing or anything and YUMYUMYUM sooo yummy they lasted 3 days in my house lol

Just a tip, if you use melted butter instead of oil- your batter at the end will be a bit thick. But that's okay since the butter cooled down, and once it's in the oven will melt and be smooth again. :)

IT TURNED OUT AMAZING and you can add some chocolates and walnuts in it too to make it even better
This was actually one of the best brownie recipe’s I ever made. I didn’t have brown sugar or butter so I used normal granulated sugar and margarine and it’s still turned out absolutely delicious. Other recipes i tried always turned out cake like or didn’t even taste that good. If you are looking for that comment to see if this recipe works let me tell you this is the one. My ONLY problem was that instead of half an hour I had to bake mine way longer like about 45-50 minutes but it still turned out great.
Recipe did not call for brown suger.

Why did i find your channel when quarantine is ending 😭😭
Your recipes are so simple and easy to make
I didn't cook anything in quarantine as I didn't have many ingredients at home
I am soo going to try
Thank you so much for your beautiful comment 🥰

girllll quarantine is not ending>:((((
Girl- ending? It’s still corona time for me 😣
CRAZY!!! I suck at baking and I usually mess up everything, but the first thing that came out perfect!
Honestly the BEST brownie recipe, I'm not exaggerating!! It was crunchy on the outside and fudgey on the inside. The only difference was I added 1/3 cup of cocoa and 2 eggs
But this was totally worth it
Commenting is super rare for me so if im doing so its ONE HECK OF A BROWNIE! First tried this out and EVERYONE loved it! I myself am hesitant of eating my baked goods but I LOVED every bite of it and went for more! Even recently my sis made some for my neighbours and I felt like I didnt want anything more than these brownies 🥺 trust me when i say its not an exxageration cuz i even asked my friend to make this (who has never baked) and he said its AMAZING and his fam loved it too!! Im never going for choc chips or any other recipe again! For those hesitant of trying this out what are you waiting for!? Oh and I too used 1/3 cup of coco and 1 cup of sugar for those interested :)))
What temperature did you bake it at? And for how long?

I tried it and was surprised because it tasted better than the store-bought brownie mix. However, I added 1 cup and 2 tbsp of sugar and extra chocolate chips, it turned out way too good✨
Ikr! They're much better than the store bought mix!
better than store bought brownie mix is really not a high bar 😄😄
i loved it i did everything as it said tho
i did add 3/4 sugar
and
i added a shot of warm coffee
if u want to chewy leave it in for 22-23 mins!

I ve made this recipe hundreds times... It s just so easy and delicious... One of the best recipe i ve tried
can it be baked on stove?
@@ahmedfarhanhassan7051 Nope, unfortunately not possible "on stove". Just found an older comment and they say "i used an airfryer at 140degrees for about 23minutes"- you could use that if you have one.
I did this recipe like Two Months Ago, and it was really good.
The only things I changed was Adding chopped Chocolate and brew Coffee and pour it to mass.
It became moist and Rich in flavour
I loved the recipe. Everyone on my fam loved it. Thanks for this easy recipe. The only prblm was when I used granulated sugar, the sugar didn't melt, still the taste was so good 💥💥💥
Hon' you gotta use ground sugar i.e powdered sugar for better texture
Because granulated sugar leaves chunks that don't look or feel so nice
So yeah , next time use sugar in powdered form🙂
you have to use powdered sugar, you don't need to buy it. you can simply just blend/grind it to make the brownie have a better texture
I've tried these brownies on father's day and it turned out soo good 👌 my family loved it...
🥰
I made this with some modifications! Turned out soooo good. I added more sugar and little bit more cocoa powder. So moist fudgey
This is the BEST brownie recipe EVER! It was fudgy and tasted like a brownie that you would make using a brownie mix!! Definitely Recommend!!!
LOVE IT
THANK U SO MUCH!!!!!
Amazing because you doctored it, the recipe on it's own turns out too cakey, forget the baking powder and use a full cup of sugar and a full cup of fat.

I would say that im totally addicted to this brownie recipe 😋 with simple ingredients it tastes yum maxxxx 🤩 i’ve made 8 to 9 batches in past 6 months 🎉thank you 🎉
The brownie turned out wonderful! My family loved it a lot!!!
However I do have a few tips:
•Use only 1/3 or 1/4 cups of cocoa
•Just use 150 to 130 grams of butter (this one is optional, you can add more to make the brownie rich in taste)
• add 1 cup of sugar ( *highly* recommended)
Did you use unsweetened coco powder?
@@meeraalj6020Nope
When do u use the butter tho??
@@myerix8537 I used butter instead of oil, so I used the butter right after I put the sugar in
@@artgenics9957 what is the difference?
Okay. I just made these. Thoughts:-
1. I put 1 cup of brown sugar instead of regular sugar
I can conclude that its a success too lol
Thanks for the recipe sensei!

Thanks a lottt for this recipe. This was the first brownie that I baked two years ago and I still make it at least once in three months. And yk what? I also take them for my bake sale at school and everybody loves them. They're absolutely delish! I baked these brownies on the stove today and I have to say that I'm proud of myself😁
The brownies turned out super soft and moist, so thank you sooo much for this recipe!!!
Actually I don't like things which are too sweet or oily so I kinda changed the measurements to meet my requirements:
-1/2 cup sugar and oil instead of 3/4 cup
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-2 pinches of ENO
But regardless of the changes, it still came out great and I even heated some of the batter and used it as a topping along with cherries😀

I basically made a dense bitter cake that was very dry. But trying to fix it I made it a poke cake by pouring caramel coffee into it and tbh it tasted amazing. Kinda like bootleg, dollar tree tiramisu. I’d make it again lol

Just a tip, if you use melted butter instead of oil- your batter at the end will be a bit thick. But that's okay since the butter cooled down, and once it's in the oven will melt and be smooth again. :)
