Shwetabh Bhai ek reason ye bhi ho sakta hai ki logo ko movies vagera dekhne ka bohot shok hai and abhi ke time pa sab log bas short form content dekh rahe hai , ab logo ye sab story es liye bana rahe hai ki unko bas movie Good vs bad karke khatam karni hai brain use nahi karna apna.

His father is a retired military JCO he has his own pension. And according to Military rules the wife gets only the amount that the officer himself mentions in his will. the NOK is also mentioned by the officer only so there is nothing in the hands of the wife. So what I basically mean is that if she took Kirti Chakra and the money she only took the amount that her husband left for her and her In laws know that because they themselves are from military background. So stop targeting her and making unwarranted controversy for no reason. He's a martyr for god's sake.

In most cases yes Shwetabh but not any day. Being in the field you are I would assume you know how toxic parents can get towards their children and vice versa. Let's not generalise. The time spent in a bond is overrated. A 10 year toxic relationship is wayy worse than a healthy 5 year relationship any day. Be it with parents or your partner or anyone.
Just because someone "moves on" better doesnt mean that they valued the person less right? In general defining any relationship based on how much a person will get scarred if you leave is a pretty fucked up thing in my opinion.

However, I believe that what the parents of the martyr did was deplorable, they have literally made the life of a young girl/widow more difficult in this country. So she is very much entitled to pursue her career any where she likes to and neither can these parents stop her. That's why these parents had taken up the path to media.

Now that he is no more, everyone is making his wife out to be a villain. Of course, it is wrong of the parents to come out in the media like this but they are claiming that she didn't have any sort of conversation with them before abruptly leaving. I think both sides are a little at fault here. To be clear, legally she has done nothing wrong since the money is disbursed as per the will of the martyr, which the captain would have made himself.

    • @MadhuriRakhecha
      @MadhuriRakhecha Месяц назад

That is exactly my point: both sides are at fault.
However, because they want a medal or whatever, they are doing this on a public platform and making her look like the worst person ever. This is wrong. After all, Anshuman loved her so much, so they should not have done this. Just for a medal, they are disrespecting Anshuman’s love (his wife).
In so many interviews, they talked about pension and other benefits also. If they just want the medal, why are they talking about pensions and money benefits?
They are saying the NOK’s terms should be changed-why? Because they didn’t get the medal? There are so many wives out there whose in-laws behave badly after this kind of demise, whether they are single or have children. They don’t even get the ancestral property or anything. They have to do everything single-handedly. And they do, because they have no time to fight for their rights.
Not everyone is as capable as he is to come out and fight for their rights. Those who are in genuine need are often left without support.
NOK-related decisions should always be taken only by the person himself, according to his will, not anyone else’s.
So, this whole thing is wrong according to me.

I think both sides who are presenting their opinions are doing it according to their own premise and shared experiences. Just because we hear about in-laws being bullies to their bahus the parents are being targeted as greedy and inconsiderate towards their late son's wife. On the other hand people have heard about cases where the wife remarries or finds love within a year after spouse's death, hence the wife is being labelled as a low character woman. I don't really care whose side you are on fact is the son/husband is not coming back. A lot of loopholes are coming to the surface on how these policies work be it NOK to the whole compensation issue. I hope there is a resolve soon.

Don't know about men's love but women do love their husband more than child in many cases , may be not in every case. It may vary from peson to person. She goes through pain of giving birth not for the baby but for husband and many times in the process she dies also. In India on average total 63169 babies are born per day. And out of all the mothers giving birth, 61 of them die daily . (Mmr maternal mortality rate - 97 per 1 lakh in India). So the decision of marrying a man and having a child is itself very tough, it's not fun, is very risky. Those dreams of having a baby with man, raising the baby with him and a building a home with him gets shattered if he is no more. Those are really big dreams which when broken must be painful for a widow. So don't know the instrument using which people compare love of parents and that of a spouse. Without husband life becomes hell in our cultural society, it becomes difficult to raise the kid and protect oneself from evil people.

The argument here is not for money because both are independent and earn by themselves and about medal of showing them to Parents for that i thought She is not in her good condition/ in grief so aspecting from her that she comes and show medal to them is just use for reason.

So, I've gathered all the details and want to share them with you. The information I have is one-sided as Smriti, Captain Anshuman Singh's wife, is currently in Australia for his studies. The latest updates are from Smriti's mother. I've collected this information from interviews and newspapers, which I can share if you're interested or have any doubts. Before I start, please refrain from using any disrespectful language towards Captain's parents or wife. I'll break down the information into smaller parts to make it easier to follow.
    1) Captain Anshuman Singh was martyred on July 19, 2023. The Kirti Chakra was honored on July 5, 2024, so there's almost a one-year gap. Some people are mistakenly thinking that the incident happened this year.
    2) Captain Anshuman's parents didn't take any dowry during their son's marriage, and they accepted Smriti.
    3) Before this incident, Smriti was living in an apartment with her in-law sister.
4)On July 18, 2023, Smriti had her last conversation with her husband, and on July 19, 2023, Smriti was the first person to receive the news that her husband was no longer with us.
    5) On July 21, 2023, media persons asked Anshuman's father if they wanted any type of help from the government. His father said to use the compensation money to build a school.
6)On August 13, 2023, when Anshuman's sister arrived at the apartment, she discovered that her brother's belongings were missing, which included Anshuman's photos, album, clothes, and other cherished memories. It was revealed that Smriti had taken all these items to her residence in Gurdaspur.
    7) Smriti kicked out the other folks from the regular prepaid Artile SIM. On September 8, 2023, at 14:27, Anshuman's DSB bank account got shut down.
8)On February 5, 2024, Anshuman's parents attempted to reach out to Smriti and her parents to resolve matters, but they expressed a desire to leave their past behind. Anshuman's father mentioned that he also had the chat records.
9)On February 5, 2024, a personal application was submitted by NOK (Next of Kin) to update the native soldier's permanent address. According to Anshuman's parents, this event was the tipping point for them. They had kept the fact that their daughter-in-law wasn't living with them a secret for a year, but this revelation shattered them.
10)On the 5th or 6th (month not specified), they asked the 26 Punjab Regiment CO Neermal to borrow the Kirti Chakra from Smriti temporarily for the unveiling of their son's statue. They assured that they would return the Kirti Chakra to Smriti after the unveiling. However, they received no response from Smriti's end. Anshuman's father mentioned that she turned off her phone after they tried calling her multiple times.
    11) In a recent interview with Anshuman's father, he highlighted that there are false news reports circulating on news channels and media. These reports falsely claim that Anshuman's father suggested remarrying Smriti to his youngest son. However, in the full video, he clarified his actual statement. When her father asked my opinion what to do next I told him "I want to celebrate Smriti's wedding grandly from this very house as a daughter and bid her farewell. If she wishes to stay with this family and does not want to leave, and if she desires to get married, then I am also willing to arrange her marriage with my younger son."
    12) In a phone interview with Dainik Bhaskar newspaper, when they tried to contact Smriti, her mother answered the call and responded to the allegations made by Anshuman's parents, "I am not aware of this at the moment. Whatever their thoughts are, they will express them as they wish. I have no objection. I am currently outside, please send the video first, then call me."
Alright, based on the interviews I've gathered, it seems that only one side of the story is being shared. Smriti and her family have not responded to these accusations yet. Even though we've seen Smriti's interview about their love story, it indicates that she is willing to stand up for herself. However, there has been no response from Smriti so far.

Not even close. And my friend, maybe one day when you become a parent, you will know instantly the second you know you have the baby in you, that you love that person more than anything and anyone on the planet, and you will destroy anyone in protecting that person. But parents ka toh jigar ka tukda hi duniya chhod ja chuka hota hai. Shwetabh bhai, dono main bahut antar hai in my opinion and parents ka dard kaafi zyada hota hai in comparison with patni ke dard se. Main aasha karta hun ki sab sahi ho jaayega inki family main.

@@SVK1405bhai Maine likha kya hai aur tuh kya samajh raha hai, pehli baat, maine generally apna opinion likha hai, maine smriti ya parents ke liye ye sab nahi likha personally. Meri nazar main mata pita ka dukh isliye zyada hota hai kyonki -
      1. Mata pita ke paas wo support system nahi hota jo ki patni ke paas hota hai, ab tune kaha ki unka ek beta hai, but bhai dusra beta toh duniya chhod kar gaya na... Aur dusre bete ki bhi apni zindagi hai.
      2. Agar ghar main 5 bacche bhi ho toh bhi 1 bache ka aksmik chale jana ati dukhdai hota hai, ye baat jinke bacche hai wohi samjhenge.
      3. Doosri taraf, patni ke paas, uske siblings, friends and mata pita hamesha hote hai to provide emotional support in any circumstances, ye positive parents ke paas zyadatar nahi hota, iske peeche ka reason hai ki unke bacche shaadi karke apne jeevan main vyast ho jaate hai, mata pita ek doosre ka sahara bante hai, unke paas koi substantial emotional support nahi hota jaisa daughter in law ke paas hota hai.
      4. Daughter in law ki zindagi move on kar jaati hai. Kyonki uske paas doosre partner ki choice hamesha rehti hai, woh phir se shaadi karke apni zindagi secure kar sakti hai, wahi aisa koi option mata pita ke paas nahi hota, unhe apni bachi hui zindagi apne bacche ke guzar jaane ke gum main bitani padti hai.
Aur, financial terms main bhi dekhe toh smriti ke case main toh pati ke medal ke saath saath paisa bhi with zyada ratio main patni ko Diya Gaya hai in comparison to the deceased soldier parents.
After seeing all this, mata pita ka dukh zyada hota hai patni ke dukh se, in my opinion aur shwetabh bhai bhi isme haami barte hue dikhe video main, baaki exceptions toh bhai sabhi jagah hote hai.

We lost my maternal aunt when she was probably in her late thirties. I was probably 7-8 years old back then. After my aunt’s passing away, my grandmother spent the rest of her life crying and hurting over her oldest daughter’s death, which I think was around 13 years. Not a day went by when she wouldn’t mention my aunt and start crying again. That was very painful to watch, even though I was still a child, I felt her pain… So yeah, parents never really are able to move on after losing their child. And I feel no grief and love can replace that love no matter how many years one is in a relationship or marriage.

For women, men is the means, the child is the end- Nietzsche. Kitna bhi ho yaad mata pita ke pyar and dard se jyda, apke jivan main aur koi 3rd door door hi hai. We shouldn't be biased but 80-20 main parents ke side hi raho as compared to partner

well, i can have a personal opinion since this is literally my channel, and yes, i will die on the hill that parental love for the child is THE strongest, purest, and the ONLY unconditional love known to humans (exceptions exist), and a spouse's love in some examples may reach that, but does not compare in general cases. Not even close. And my friend, maybe one day when you become a parent, you will know instantly the second you know you have the baby in you, that you love that person more than anything and anyone on the planet, and you will destroy anyone in protecting that person. This is biology.

Why don't you ask this from your parents , that do they love you more or their partner more . Forget this you must know a couple married from love marriage who has a child , go ask them same question , or ask them what was there most precious moment , I promise you , they will answer the first time when they hold there baby was there most precious moment .

    • @train_xc
      @train_xc Месяц назад +4

The only unconditional love is parents love. All others are conditional.
Just ask your parents, why they love you. They’ll probably go speechless , because probably they’ve never thought why. They just love you.
Even the love of children towards their parents is conditional.

@@okayaresd I am all ok of parents love more but at the same time I believe men too should learn to move on in case of marriage breakdown/ breakup
Else there are plethora of murder cases where ex boyfriend stabbed the women to death/ ex gf stabbed the man to death .
So moving on too should not be shamed either.
